12 inspection teams carried out safety production inspections of high-risk key enterprises

In Dalian Jinyuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., the inspection team instructed the enterprise to rectify the problems found in the inspection, such as "the dripping lubricating oil of the Roots fan, the lack of tight sealing of the feed pipe of the power line of the Roots fan, the insulation of the valve of the three-line outlet device was not restored in time, and the cooling water leakage of the P-1104/B machine seal of the 1 diesel pump was immediately rectified. Enterprises are required to suspend special operations such as fire, inspection and maintenance, and limited space, and should pay close attention to improving the responsibility system for safe production to ensure that control measures are implemented to people, equipment maintenance is implemented to people, and job responsibilities are implemented to people.

In China Catalyst New Materials Co., Ltd., the inspection team put forward rectification requirements for the problem of "adding safety signs around each tank in the hazardous chemical tank area to facilitate the identification of tank operators, and the thermal insulation damage of a heat trace pipeline in the tank area should be repaired in time". In Dalian Baiao Chemical Co., Ltd., the inspection team went deep into the control room of the figure area, the buried tank area, and the scene of the chlorine cylinder library, and proposed to rectify the problems of "the lack of labeling of the four-butyl ammonium bromide packaging in the five workshops, the uneven placement of the cylinders in the chlorine cylinder library, and the unclear identification of empty bottles and full bottles". In particular, the inspection team stressed the need to stop the road transport of hazardous chemicals in bad weather and prohibit the loading and unloading of all kinds of dangerous chemicals.
