Huang Shengzhen was an outstanding sage who loved the country and the people and loved the hometown, and was a generation of able subjects of both literature and martial arts in the early Qing Dynasty. In the seventeenth year of the Qing Dynasty, Huang Zhizhen sent Yao Qisheng, the governor of Fujian, to "enter the Pinghai And Chen Shiben", that is, the "Ten Strategies of the Platform", making great contributions to the reunification of Taiwan. The Qing court awarded him military merit Zhengyipin. Yao'an Fort was built by Huang Zhizhen in the 26th year of the Kangxi Dynasty (1687 AD). Located in the inner village of Huxi Township, Yao'an Fort, also known as Yao'an City, is the epitome and living fossil of China's ancient city pool, and is also a national key cultural relics protection unit. Together with the national key cultural relics protection units zhaojiabao and Lantingzhen fudi in Huxi Township, it is called "Five Miles and Three Cities".
