author:Bright Net

Liu Minsheng, born in 1934. Before the Nanjing Massacre, the family moved into the refugee area.

"After the Japanese army entered the city, one day they drove a few cars, broke into the refugee area where we were hiding, and drove us all to the square, with young men standing on one side, women, children and the elderly on the other side. At that time, my mother had just given birth to my sister. My father held me in the middle of nowhere. I was young, ignorant, crying all the time, and the Japanese soldiers rushed over and stabbed me. I still have a scar on my right leg. Liu Minsheng recalled that later all the young men, including their father, were captured by the Japanese soldiers and never returned.

Without a father in the family, the family's life is very sad. "The whole family depends on my mother to work alone to survive." Liu Minsheng said bitterly that in order to keep the family alive, his grandfather entrusted him to send him to an orphanage, and he was not taken home until his 4th birthday.

"As long as I live for one day, I will continue to speak. Let more people know about this history and don't forget it. —— Liu Minsheng
