According to the Qingpu District Procuratorate, He Minghui divorced in his early years and left home to work when his children grew up. He often hangs out in various bars and KTV. In late August 2020, he met Xiao Xiang, a waiter in a newly opened KTV, and took the initiative to talk, and soon the two became familiar. At the end of August, the two established a romantic relationship. The next day, He Minghui moved into Xiao Xiang's rental house to live with her.
Modus operandi
Soon after, He Minghui disliked Xiao Xiang for working in KTV, always in contact with other men. The two began to quarrel and split up. In early August 2021, Xiao Xiang proposed to break up and asked He Minghui to move out of the rental house.
After moving away, He Minghui still misses his ex-girlfriend and has no intention of working. In late August, he made up his mind: "Even if it is tied, xiao xiang will be taken back to his hometown in Anhui and accompany me to live a couple life for a few days." ”
So he began preparing: buying handcuffs online, making a head covering from old clothes, resigning from the company, and filling a plastic drum with a lot of gasoline in the trunk of the car in case there was not enough gasoline while driving.
