But such a woman full of glory and glory, she also had a tragic past, once lost four relatives in a month. Who is she and what is her story?
Her name is Wu Yifang, and her ancestors have been officials for three generations. Her great-grandfather served as a ceremonial and industrial attendant of the Qing Dynasty, and her grandfather served as a prefect, and her father Wu Jiaxun was a section chief of the Daqing Yali Bureau, which was the department that collected taxes and fees on the Daqingshui Road at that time, although the chief of the section was not big, it was a fat difference that everyone envied. But it is this fat difference that has brought great disaster to this family.
It was 1909, because her father's superiors embezzled public funds, in order to evade responsibility, they framed Wu Jiaxun, causing Wu Jiaxun to be imprisoned, and the family scattered their family wealth to save Wu Jiaxun's life. Time always passed quickly, and it came to 1928, when Wu Yifang received her doctorate, but before that, she had been appointed as the president of Jinling Women's University, so she chose to give up her prosperous life abroad and returned to Nanjing Jinling University as president.
Wu Yifang, who became the president of Jinling Women's University, hopes to cultivate talents for the country, and she once said that she hopes to cultivate Chinese female leaders, but because Jinling Women's University is a church school and the funds are funded by the church, this limits the tone of this school.
