The circular clearly stipulates that in order to prevent public cross-infection and block the chain of virus transmission, from now on, the 8 urban areas of Shangcheng, Gongshu, West Lake, Binjiang, Xiaoshan, Yuhang, Linping and Qiantang in Hangzhou will shut down indoor closed public places such as chess and card rooms, bars, KTV, mahjong rooms, board game rooms, and swimming pools.
