According to a press release issued by Phnom Penh City on December 11, Prime Minister Hun Sen will attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh Hotel, 3 Village, Shengli District, Long Bien District, Phnom City, on the morning of December 15.
According to the notice, in order to hold the ribbon-cutting ceremony smoothly, maintain public order and avoid traffic congestion, the Phnom Penh Municipal Government will temporarily close the no. 178 road section from 5 a.m. on December 15, that is, the intersection of No. 178 and No. 19 to the intersection of No. 172 and No. 13.
