Law enforcement vehicles and law enforcement equipment sprayed with the unified logo of comprehensive administrative law enforcement of emergency management were displayed at the scene. Song Yuanming, member of the Party Committee and vice minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management, and Hu Guangjie, vice governor of Jiangsu Province, attended and delivered speeches.
Song Yuanming pointed out that uniform dress and law enforcement vehicle identification are important milestones in the process of legalization and regularization of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team for emergency management, marking that major progress has been made in the reform of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in emergency management, and the work of safety production law enforcement has entered a new stage. The main color is navy blue, and the common pattern of the armband consists of a shield, pine branches and the words "Emergency Management Law Enforcement of the People's Republic of China", which shows the authority of law enforcement as a whole. The pattern inside the shield is composed of five-pointed stars, gears, clenched hands, and the English letter "EM", symbolizing emergency management and expressing the concept of adhering to safe development and maintaining the safety of people's lives and property and social stability as a whole.
The three-level emergency management system of provinces, cities and counties across the country was observed by video, and the responsible persons of the relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Emergency Management and representatives of the three-level law enforcement personnel of Jiangsu Province, cities and counties participated in the activities at the scene.
