On December 2, Wang Longqiang, deputy secretary of the Qin'an County Party Committee and county magistrate, and Zhang Junyi, member of the Standing Committee of the County CPC Committee and executive deputy county governor, led the heads of the County Development and Reform Bureau, the Finance Bureau, the Housing and Construction Bureau and the Natural Resources Bureau to investigate the construction of key people's livelihood projects in the urban area.
The research team successively went to the construction sites of the Water Quality Assurance and Ecological Restoration Project of the Qin'an Section of the Hulu River, the Qin'an County Central Heating Heat Source Plant, the Qin'an County Smart Cold Chain Logistics Park, the Qin'an County People's Hospital Off-site Expansion, and the Hengzhao Happy Home, etc., to learn more about the construction progress of each project by listening to reports and viewing materials, and conduct on-site coordination and guidance on the relevant problems existing in the construction process.
Wang Longqiang pointed out that the construction of the people's livelihood project is a pragmatic measure taken by the county party committee and the county government to base on the economic development of the whole county and improve the well-being of the people's livelihood, and all departments and units should further improve their positions, cooperate closely, strengthen supervision, seize the progress, and ensure that the project construction is steadily advanced, completed on schedule with quality and quantity, and brought into play as soon as possible.
Wang Longqiang stressed that the central heating heat source plant project is a major project to improve the heating conditions of residents and open up a new pattern of heating in the county, and the construction unit should further scientifically plan, consider energy conservation and emission reduction, pipe network laying and other work as a whole, and maximize heating efficiency.
In the smart cold chain logistics park, Wang Longqiang stressed after reviewing the overall design plan and listening to the report that all relevant units should cooperate with each other and work together to synchronously promote the construction of water, gas, electricity, road network and other preliminary work, ensure the smooth start and implementation of the project, and contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of the county.
