Third, we must make greater efforts to promote high-quality economic development. More accurately position the direction of Nansha industry, further expand the economic volume, plan and build Nansha Science City with high standards, build an international talent special zone at a high level, vigorously enhance the energy level of international shipping hubs, and accelerate the construction of important transportation infrastructure. Fourth, we must make greater efforts to promote the construction of urban sub-centers. Continue to optimize the spatial pattern, strengthen ecological environmental protection, and effectively improve the level and quality of public service supply such as culture, education, medical care, and old-age care. Fifth, we must strengthen the building of the contingent of cadres with greater efforts.
