2. Physical condition requirements

Height: young men are not less than 160 cm, young women are not less than 158 cm, conditions for soldiers are stipulated separately.

Weight: Those who meet the following conditions and have an fasting blood glucose < 7.0 mmol/L are qualified. Men: 17.5≤ BMI<30, of which: 17.5≤ male physical condition soldier BMI < 27; female: 17≤ BMI<24. BMI≥28 must be checked blood glycosylated hemoglobin examination items, the percentage of glycosylated hemoglobin < 6.5%, qualified.

Vision: Any naked eye vision is less than 4.5 and is not qualified. Any eye with naked eye vision below 4.8 requires a corrective vision examination, and any eye corrected vision is less than 4.8 or the correction degree exceeds 600 degrees, which is not qualified. Refractive or improper excimer laser surgery (does not contain lens intraocular lens implantation and other surgical procedures) for more than half a year, no complications, any naked eye vision of 4.8, fundus examination is normal, except for submarine personnel, divers, airborne soldiers other than qualified. Tattoos: face and neck tattoos, tattoos wearing military-style physical training suits, other bare parts of the tattoo with a length of more than 3cm, tattoos with a length of more than 10cm in other parts, male eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, and female lips, unqualified.

3. Conscription procedures

Recruiting new recruits generally goes through procedures such as preliminary examination, physical examination, political assessment, pre-service education and training, examination and approval of recruits, handover of recruits, and transportation. 4. Preferential treatment policy

V. Incentive policies for college students' academic qualifications

(1) Conscripted students of institutions of higher learning (including new students of colleges and universities) who retain their student status or retain their enrollment qualifications during their military service in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, and within 2 years after retiring from military service, go through the procedures for resuming or enrolling according to the student's own application, complete the study of professional theoretical courses within the prescribed time and obtain the credits required for graduation regulations, and if they meet the graduation requirements, the school shall approve graduation. Students of the graduating class who meet the graduation requirements join the military and enlist in the army, and the school may not go through the formalities of retaining student status and register normally for the academic year.

(2) Students in higher vocational (college) colleges and universities (including college freshmen) who return to school after retiring from military service are exempted from military skills training and directly obtain credits, and enlistment experience can be used as graduation internship experience. Students in the graduating class who join the military may be exempted from graduation internships, and the specific identification methods shall be formulated by each college and university itself.

(3) Graduates of higher vocational (college) colleges and universities and students (including new students in colleges and universities) are conscripted into the army, and after retiring from the military, under the premise of completing higher vocational (specialty) studies, they can be exempted from the examination to enter the general college in the region, or enroll in the adult college according to their wishes, which will be implemented from the 2022 college enrollment.

(4) Candidates who are conscripted into the military to serve in active duty and retire from the military, after meeting the application conditions, candidates who participate in the national master's degree admissions examination within 3 years will have a total score of 10 points in the initial examination, and priority will be given to admission under the same conditions. The state coordinates some colleges and universities to come up with a certain number of graduate students, set up a special recruitment plan, and only admit "retired college student soldiers". (6) Within 1 year after the retirement of a college graduate and a soldier, they may be regarded as fresh graduates of that year and participate in relevant recruitment and recruitment; Within 2 years after retiring from the military, if you apply again to the original university for employment procedures by virtue of the employment recruitment (hiring) procedures of the employer, you can participate in the job fairs held by the employment guidance (talent service) institutions at all levels in the autonomous region or the original university of study, and enjoy services such as employment information push and employment guidance.
