For example, in November this year, Lu Dongliang, a newly promoted member of the Standing Committee of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee of the "post-70s", became the secretary of the Datong Municipal Party Committee; Wei Tao, a newly promoted member of the Standing Committee of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee who was also a "post-70s generation", became the secretary of the Taiyuan Municipal Party Committee.

Ge Haijiao, born in December 1971, a native of Liaoning, is a doctoral candidate in agricultural economics and management, a doctor of management, and a senior economist at Nanjing Agricultural University. Like Huang Zhiqiang, Ge Haijiao is also the youngest member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee.
Ge Haijiao worked for agricultural bank of China and China Everbright Group Co., Ltd., and was appointed as a member of the Party Committee and executive director of China Everbright Group Co., Ltd. in November 2018, and deputy secretary of the party committee, executive director and president of China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. According to public information, Cai Lixin, born in October 1971, a native of Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, graduated from the School of Politics and Public Administration of Soochow University with a major in political science theory, and has a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in law.
Cai Lixin has worked in Jiangsu for a long time, serving as the mayor of Huai'an City, the secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and went to Guangxi across provinces in February 2021, and later served as the vice chairman of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
Zhang Yingchun, born in November 1970, was a member of the Standing Committee of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New District, mayor of Xiangtan City, and secretary of the Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee in July 2021.
Among the above six people, Zumureti Wubuli is the director of the United Front Work Department of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Party Committee, Xia Yanjun is the director of the United Front Work Department of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee, and Hu Dagula is the director of the United Front Work Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee.
