Among them, there were 15 imported cases (6 cases in Shanghai, 3 cases in Guangdong, 3 cases in Guangxi, and 3 cases in Yunnan), including 1 case from an asymptomatic infected person to a confirmed case (in Guangdong); 75 local cases (61 cases in Inner Mongolia, all in Hulunbuir City; 5 cases in Heilongjiang, all in Harbin City; 4 cases in Hebei Province, all in Shijiazhuang City; 4 cases in Yunnan, all in Dehong Dai Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture; 1 case in Guangdong, in Guangzhou City), including 3 cases from asymptomatic infected people to confirmed cases (all in Inner Mongolia). There were no new deaths. There was 1 new suspected case, which was imported from abroad (in Shanghai).
On the same day, 49 new cured and discharged cases were cured and discharged, 973 close contacts were released from medical observation, and the number of severe cases increased by 2 cases compared with the previous day.
There are 417 confirmed cases imported from overseas (including 2 severe cases) and 2 suspected cases. The cumulative number of confirmed cases is 10,242, the cumulative number of cured and discharged cases is 9,825, and there are no deaths.
As of 24:00 on December 3, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are 1,013 confirmed cases (including 12 severe cases), 93,434 cured and discharged cases, 4,636 cumulative deaths, 99,083 confirmed cases and 2 suspected cases. A total of 1334589 close contacts have been traced, and 33,402 close contacts are still under medical observation.
31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 19 new cases of asymptomatic infection, including 13 cases imported from abroad and 6 cases from the mainland (5 cases in Yunnan, all in Dehong Dai Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture; 1 case in Shanghai, in Yangpu District); 4 cases turned into confirmed cases on the same day (1 case imported from abroad); 15 cases were released from medical observation on the same day (13 cases imported from abroad); and 449 asymptomatic infected people who were still under medical observation (383 cases imported from abroad).
A total of 29,162 confirmed cases were reported from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, there were 12,448 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (12,145 cases discharged from hospital, 213 deaths), 77 cases in Macao Special Administrative Region (77 cases discharged from hospital), and 16,637 cases in Taiwan Region (13,742 cases discharged from hospital, 848 deaths).
