On November 30, the second phase (expansion) project of Taohuayuan Science and Technology Innovation Ecological Park was announced. With a total investment of 795 million yuan and a total construction area of 116,000 square meters, the project will become the finishing touch of Taohuayuan Science and Technology Innovation Ecological Park after completion.
Taohuayuan Science and Technology Innovation Ecological Park is Bao'an's first state-level science and technology enterprise incubation base, with a total of more than 700 incubation projects, more than 300 incubation enterprises, more than 5,500 patents, and nearly 200 national and industry standards, which has played an important leading role in the process of Bao'an's scientific and technological innovation and industrial development. Entering the new era, the development of Taohuayuan Area is increasingly constrained by shortcomings such as a single operating model, limited space, low quality of the park, and poor traffic, and the district committee and district government have judged the situation and started the transformation and upgrading work. In May this year, the first phase of the project was completed and announced to be opened for use, further enhancing the characteristics of the new science and technology park that integrates "ecology + industry". On this basis, Baoan continued to accelerate the follow-up of the second and third phases of the project.
After the Seventh Party Congress and the District Two Sessions, Baoan accelerated its march towards the grand goal of building a "world-class advanced manufacturing city, an international bay area coastal city, and a high-quality people's livelihood happiness city" in accordance with the deployment of the conference. In the process of building the "three cities", Taohuayuan Science and Technology Innovation Ecological Park has undertaken a new historical mission, and will be linked with Shenzhen High-tech Zone as a whole to create a highland of scientific and technological innovation, becoming a high-quality enterprise headquarters, innovation platform, cutting-edge scientific and technological enterprises and high-end talent teams gathered in the scientific and technological innovation ecological park, providing innovation source power for Bao'an's high-quality development.
Taohuayuan Science and Technology Innovation Ecological Park Phase II (Expansion) Project, with a total investment of 795 million yuan and a total construction area of 116,000 square meters, integrates scientific research office, industrial services and commercial facilities, and the building is designed by Professor Zhang Ming of Tongji University, winner of the Asian Association of Architects Architectural Gold Award. The project integrates into the architectural form of nature and highlights the atmosphere of the times, adopts the design style of "intelligent innovation core", "imagination of mountain lake" and "survival park context", and strongly supports the development of Taohuayuan Science and Technology Innovation Ecological Park into a beautiful business card of the bay area innovation highland after completion.
