Directed by Rob Reiner and starring Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman, the original "Bucket List" tells the story of two elderly people who meet in the ward and help each other fulfill their wishes and find meaning in life. In the Japanese version, the two old men are set as women, the housewife Kitahara Yukie, played by Yoshinaga Koyuri, almost dedicates her life to the family, and Tenkai Yuki plays a strong woman who dedicates her life to work, the two meet in the hospital, and are told that there is little life left, so they plan to put into action what they want to do before they die. It is reported that Maekawa Kiyoshi will play the husband of Yoshinaga Sayuri, who does not know that his wife is terminally ill and has pushed all the housework to her, while Mitsumi Manjima will play their daughter.

Playing with the Japanese national goddess Yoshinaga Koyuri, Maekawa Kiyoshi said excitedly: "I never dreamed that the day when I played Yoshinaga-sensei's husband in the movie would really come!" Hikari Manjima said that his daughter, who can play two national-level characters, is very happy.

The Japanese version of "Bucket List", directed by "Gollum is a Cat" director Inuyasha Ichishin, will be released in Japan this autumn.
