In 1981, in response to the national call for "Industrial Science Daqing and Agricultural Science Dazhai", township enterprises were developed to meet people's increasingly rich living needs. The Linru County CPC Committee and the county government studied and decided that the county agricultural machinery repair factory diversion personnel should be led by Xiong Guixin County Governor to prepare for the construction of the Linru County Distillery, and the site selection was repeatedly demonstrated by the County Cultural Bureau, and the former Song Dynasty patriotic hero Yang Yanzhao (Yang Liulang) was sent by the imperial court to Ruzhou to supervise the construction of "official wine" for the palace because he was framed by traitors, that is, the west neighbor of the Wan'an Yi Ruins Machinery Factory on the west bank of the Xi'er River three miles north of the city to build the Song Palace Distillery in Linru County.
The members of the team are the branch secretary: Yan Erhe (Xiaotun Township Shizhuang Village), the factory director: Li Jinshan, the deputy director: Feng Tianxiang, Li Guangtai, the production of strong aromatic liquor.
From 1985 to March 1997, under the leadership of Li Jinshan, secretary of the party committee and director of the factory, Gao Baishui, deputy secretary of the factory, Li Guangzhao, deputy director of the factory, Pan Liuzhong, Zhang Cihui, Zhang Administration, and Feng Tianxiang, the black cans "Song Palace Banquet Wine", "Song Palace Royal Wine", "Song Du Wine" and low-grade "Song Palace" simple glass bottle wine produced by Ruzhou Songgong Distillery were exported to Sichuan, Guizhou, Hunan, Hubei and other places, becoming a well-known "ration wine" in Ruzhou at that time. To this day, on the façade of the Ruzhou City Standard, located at the intersection of Yanfeng Road and Guangcheng Road, the "International Gold Award for Song Palace Banquet Wine" personally inscribed by Zhao Bingsen, a famous affiliation in China, is still shining.
After March 1997, Songgong Distillery stopped production due to market reasons, in order to implement the municipal party committee and municipal government local state-owned enterprise restructuring and reorganization, the implementation of corporatization of the guiding spirit, the former Song palace distillery leadership team was adjusted to other units, renamed "Ruzhou Longtou Ma Liquor Group Company".
