The film tells the story of an unusual relationship, Tilda's grandfather Amandus suffered from Alzheimer's disease, the former humorous and kind grandfather became like a child, only Tilda simply regarded the incapacitated old man as a child, and took his grandfather alone to complete the dream of going to Venice. The film seems humorous, but it also allows us to see the sadness and tears behind the smiles.

In addition to these, the characters in this film that I remember most vividly, I think, are this little girl Tilda. When Grandpa suffered from Alzheimer's disease and made a mess of life at home, he cried helplessly like a child and no longer had the humor of the past. Mom and Dad are almost unable to stand this situation, considering sending Grandpa to a nursing home, only Tilda does not agree, and only he simply treats Grandpa as a child, chats with him, plays games, and sincerely accepts him. Even for the sake of Grandpa's dream, he will take Grandpa alone to the place where he fell in love with Grandma - Venice. Although the road is full of difficulties, the help of well-meaning people allows them to see a beautiful scenery along the way, and also makes Grandpa realize his dream.
Their parents eventually found them, and their mother gave up her job and accompanied Tilda through the last days of her life with her grandfather. In his last days, Tilda once asked him, Do you remember me? He said, whether I forget everything later or not, you are my little princess.
