On November 30, the Chenghai Administration Bureau of Yongsheng County launched a breeding and stocking activity of indigenous fish in Chenghai with the theme of "implementing a ten-year fish ban in the Yangtze River Basin and protecting the diversity of aquatic biological resources" in Chenghai to further protect Chenghai fishery resources and aquatic biodiversity and accelerate the ecological restoration of Chenghai seawater.
The stocking of 130,000 8-15 cm round snout carp and 84,572 50,000 5-7 cm carp was stocked, with a total investment of 946,999,560 yuan. The whole process of the release activity is supervised by the personnel of the county notary office.
In recent years, the Cheng Hai Administration Bureau has closely focused on the requirements of "water level preservation, water quality preservation and uniqueness", and in accordance with the model of "fishing to raise fish and control water with fish", it has continuously increased the scale of the expansion of indigenous fish in Cheng Hai, effectively restored and improved the ecological environment of Cheng Hai, and promoted the sustainable and healthy development of Cheng Hai Lake fishery.
