Meizhen Group Holdings (01825) announced that with effect from 1 December 2021, Gao Mingdong has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee and the chairman of the Remuneration Committee; Tsang Ho Yin (currently an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee) was appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
In addition, Lingling Cheung has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director, a member of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
