When choosing to start a business, she learned about the market demand, supply and competition of various products, and finally chose to make jade. Sure enough, her choice was right, two years before starting a business, many times the waste was still processed in the Yunfu factory, and it had been booked away, resulting in the shelves in Shanghai being vacant for most of the month.

After years of short supply, in 2017, Jiang Wenwen decided to go directly to the first line of Yunfu production and sell it on the spot. "At the beginning, the business was still good, but the good times were not long, in the second half of 2018, yunfu passenger flow seriously declined, and sometimes it was impossible to make several big orders a month."

In 2019, Jiang Wenwen came to Shuitou to investigate the market, and she found that the flow of customers in Shuitou was still high, and there were not many merchants operating jade, and soon she locked in Tianyi Luxury Stone Square. "Jade is made of high-end customers, similar to luxury stone customers, so the choice of the market must choose the same frequency, rather than choose the big one." Jiang Wenwen said that after several months of cultivation, customers soon increased. At the same time, the Yunfu Market where she is located has also encountered demolition, and she simply put all her energy into the water.

After coming to Shuitou, Jiang Wenwen found that some merchants' products were uneven, and any customer wanted to catch it. But reason told her that such a business is not long-lasting, and she only wants to grab the top customers and provide them with good quality and service. In her opinion, high-end customers are the most loyal, and they don't abandon you because of the price.

"The white jade, pink jade, and blue jade we make are all particularly clear, and can be said to be the best of Afghan jade." Jiang Wenwen said that now the industry knows that they are doing high-end products, and some peer procurement will basically bring customers directly over. There are also old customers who directly purchase video during the epidemic.

In terms of production and employment, New Space Jade has always required experienced teachers and masters, and they are all polished by hand. Jiang Wenwen told reporters that it will be more difficult to do boutique business in the early stage, after all, there are more price-sensitive customers in the market than customers who pay attention to quality. Under the general situation, the new space is also facing the problem of inventory backlog in the market. In order to solve this situation, the new space is exploring jade furniture, making jade into table panels, tabletops, and supporting supplies. "At present, some samples have been made one after another, and customers have seen that they are very fond of them, which also injects us with a dose of cardiotonic agent." Jiang Wenwen said that stone cross-border furniture may be a way to overtake in curves.
