According to the Haixi Morning Post on December 2, the results of the fourth Fujian Quyi Dangui Award Competition were announced a few days ago, and the Xiamen South Orchestra program "Ruan Du Red Brick House" won the first prize of the professional academy group program award, in which Xu Dani, a post-95 generation from Siming, served as the lead singer.

From zero foundation to the "small pillar" of the South Orchestra, how did the post-95 little sister of Xiamen do it?

On the Nanyin stage, Xu Dani, the "little girl", has always been a dazzling presence, and Siming is the place where her dreams come true. In the ten years of Siming, she transformed into a "small pillar" with zero foundation and grew into a nanyin inheritor. She is also giving back to this land, rejuvenating the ancient Nanyin.

The Nanyin Tour departs from Siming

Xu Dani's aunt was a Nanyin pipa player in Xiamen. In 2011, the Nanyin class of Xiamen Art School, located in Zengcuo'an, re-enrolled after a gap of 15 years. "Siming's traditional culture is deeply accumulated, and it is also a fertile soil for cultivating Nanyin talents, and my aunt encouraged me to sign up." Xu Dani said. At that time, Xu Dani, who had a good voice and a good image, stood out among more than a hundred people and opened the road of Nanyin in Siming.

When she first learned Nanyin, Xu Dani's progress was slower. The Nanyin song is divided into four difficulty levels of stacked beats, one or two beats, three beats, and seven beats, and Xu Dani still remembers the "sense of collapse" when learning the first and second beats of "Lonely Stuffiness". Later, she figured out a way to learn—the teacher reads, she notes; the teacher sings, she records. In addition to studying, she listens to the recordings repeatedly and practices non-stop.

The difficulty of learning from scratch is only clear to Xu Dani. She often motivates herself: "Dance students practice body shape, opera students practice blanket skills." We just have to play and sing, which is much more comfortable than them. During her studies, Xu Dani majored in singing, and also practiced pipa and three strings, becoming a professional Nanyin person.

Gorgeous metamorphosis into a "small pillar"

Located at the west gate of Zhongshan Park in Siming District, Nanyin Pavilion is the second stop of Xu Dani's Nanyin Road. Here, she achieves a gorgeous metamorphosis. In 2015, the second year of entering the Xiamen South Orchestra, Xu Dani participated in the 12th Fujian Province "Daffodil" Drama Award Competition and won the Silver Award for Professional Group Performance. In 2016, in Nanyin's "Qingqu Yale", her oratorio "Butterfly Love Flower Spring Huai" won the first prize of the "6th Fujian Arts Festival and the 3rd Music and Dance Acrobatics And Arts Excellent Drama (Festival) Performance". On the stage, Xu Dani gradually grew into a "small pillar" in the group who could pick up the big beams.

The most colorful stroke of Xu Dani's Nanyin Road was the performance in the PROGRAM "Nanyin Caprice" of the BRICS Xiamen Meeting Literary and Art Evening. That night, she incarnated as the "Princess of the Tang Dynasty" and stepped on the note, and an ancient singing voice was like being soaked with holy water from one side, breaking through the sky... For these few tens of seconds in "Nanyin Caprice", Xu Dani paid three or four months of hard work. However, there is a way that there is a way to be bitter and willing, and this gorgeous moment has amazed the world! Xu Dani said: "It is a great honor to let Nanyin go out of Xiamen and the country and step onto the international stage. ”

Pass on the audience to change Young

As a Nanyin person, Xu Dani feels a heavy responsibility. "The predecessors have taken the inheritance of Nanyin as their mission, and the old town of Siming has also promoted the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage by holding the 'Siming Cup' Nanyin Conference singing and other measures." Xu Dani hopes to be like her predecessors and let more people fall in love with Nanyin.

Xu Dani showed the children the charm of Nanyin.

Xu Dani actively participates in the inheritance of Nanyin. She went into the school, attracted the children's interest with the "alive" Nanyin art, rooted the excellent traditional culture in their hearts, and walked into the community to perform melodious Nan music for the elderly... "In recent years, the audience has also 'become Young(young)'!" There are elementary school students and college students who come to see the Nanyin performance. Xu Dani was happy and proud of this.

Looking back on ten years of Siming life, Xu Dani told reporters that when she was a student, she lived by the sea and felt the openness and tolerance of Xiamen; when she came to Siming, she felt the customs and customs of the old city and the culture of her neighbors. "We have caught up with the good era of traditional cultural inheritance and development, and Siming has provided us with a big stage for display." (Reporter Chen Peishan)
