In December 2021, Antarctic Bear learned that Shaanxi Xinghuaye 3D Technology has developed the AK09 series of high-temperature, high-strength and high-tough 3D printing aluminum alloy materials with independent intellectual property rights through in-depth market analysis and 3 years of dedicated efforts. And with the 3D printing equipment manufacturer Beijing Yijia three-dimensional in-depth cooperation, after many product iterations, jointly developed a special metal 3D printer for the new material, the performance indicators of the printed parts are as follows:
Room temperature performance to achieve tensile strength: 500MPa, yield strength: 420MPa, elongation: 17%.
250°C high temperature performance to achieve tensile strength: 290MPa, yield strength: 280MPa, elongation: 18%.
350 °C high temperature performance to achieve tensile strength: 200MPa, yield strength: 200MPa, elongation: 11%.
