Specifically, the start period of sichuan autumn rain in 2021 is August 22, 8 days earlier than the normal year (August 30); the end period is November 4, which is 5 days later than the normal year (October 30); the length of the rain period is 74 days, 13 days more than the normal year; the comprehensive index of sichuan autumn rain intensity is 2.70, ranking the first highest in the same period of history.

In terms of temperature, the average temperature in Sichuan Province in December is expected to be 6.8 °C to 7.3 °C, mainly high (6.3 °C in the same period of the year). The temperature in Nanchong, Ziyang, Suining, Neijiang, Zigong, Yibin and Luzhou is about 0.5 °C lower than that of the same period of the year. The rest of the province is 0.5 °C ~ 1.0 °C higher than the same period of the year. The temperature in Ganzi Prefecture and Aba Prefecture is -6.4 °C ~ -4.0 °C, the temperature in Bazhong, Guangyuan, Chengdu, Mianyang, Dazhou, Deyang, Nanchong and Guang'an is 6.7 °C to 7.5 °C, and the temperature in Ya'an, Suining, Meishan, Ziyang, Luzhou, Zigong, Neijiang, Leshan, Yibin, Panzhihua and Liangshan prefectures is 8 °C to 12 °C.
In terms of rainfall, the average precipitation in Sichuan Province in December is expected to be 13.1 to 14.2 mm, which is more than the same period of the year (11.8 mm in the same period of the year). Aba Prefecture, Ziyang, Suining, Neijiang, Zigong, Yibin, Luzhou precipitation is 10% to 20% more than the same period of the year, and the rest of the province is 10% to 20% less than the same period of the year.

From December 6 to 8, the average daily temperature dropped slightly, and there was light rain (snow) in the southwest of the basin, the southern part of the basin, Aba Prefecture, and the northern part of Ganzi Prefecture;
From December 10 to 12, the cumulative daily average temperature dropped by 3 °C to 5 °C, and the northwestern part of the basin, the central part of the basin, and the southwest of the basin received light rain (snow) and light snow in the northern part of Aba Prefecture and Ganzi Prefecture, and moderate snow in the local area;
From December 16 to 18, the cumulative daily average temperature decreased by 3 °C to 5 °C, and there was light rain (snow) in the northeast of the basin, the middle of the basin, the southern part of the basin, and Aba Prefecture;
From December 28 to 31, the average daily temperature dropped by 5°C to 7°C, and the northeast of the basin, the central part of the basin, and the southern part of the basin were small to moderate rain (snow) and the north-central Sichuan Plateau was small to moderate snow.
