It is with this dream in mind that Wang Lei chose a lot of courses in the Department of Environment during his college years, did scientific research projects in the Department of Environment, and even chose new materials in the direction of environment to do master's research when he was in graduate school. However, the road to the dream is not smooth, after obtaining a master's degree in environmental protection materials from Tsinghua University in 2012, Wang Lei and three like-minded partners founded an agricultural technology company, whose business is mainly agricultural products deep processing and sales platform construction, but limited by technical and financial constraints, the project ended in failure after a year of operation.
The failure of the first venture did not stop Wang Lei from chasing his dream, he set his sights on the field of environmental protection - industrial wastewater treatment, after careful market research, Wang Lei decided to return to the "old business", regain the dream of his youth, and embark on the journey of "secondary entrepreneurship". In April 2014, Suzhou Zhanqing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Kunshan. In just two years, the company's sales have maintained a growth rate of more than 50%.

When Zhanqing Company was first established, there were only 5 people, a total of 50,000 yuan of start-up funds, sales, research and development and production must be done by hand. One problem after another did not overwhelm these flesh-and-blood young people. In the first two years or so, several young people had to learn while doing, learning while doing, applying theory to practice, solving one problem after another, which was widely recognized by customers.
Wang Lei and his team believe that only by creating excellent technology and filling the gap in the industry can enterprises become bigger and stronger. Faced with the problem of heavy metal pollution control in the electroplating industry, Wang Lei lived in the laboratory and worked at the treatment site, and finally found a technology that can extract nickel metal and other pollutants, and at the same time developed several treatment technologies for nitrogen, phosphorus, heavy metals and other pollutants in electroplating wastewater, and the treatment cost was greatly reduced compared with traditional technology. Following the same line of thinking, they will focus on wastewater treatment in new material industries such as photovoltaics, lithium batteries, and medical gloves, which not only achieves the effective treatment of pollutants, but also realizes the low-cost recycling of wastewater and pollutants such as fluorine and phosphorus.
The wine aroma is not afraid of the deep alley, and no one asks why the skill is high.
