Shanxi University (Natural Science 1, Scientific and Technological Progress 1)
Shanxi University is located in Taiyuan City, the capital of Shanxi Province, the ancient cultural capital with a history of more than 2,500 years, the school was formerly known as Shanxi University Hall, founded in 1902, and in 2005, it became a provincial and ministerial joint university jointly built by the Shanxi Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education. In 2012, it became one of the 14 "Midwest Colleges and Universities to Enhance Comprehensive Strength Project" in China. The scientific research achievements were selected as the "Top Ten Scientific and Technological Progress of Chinese Colleges and Universities" in 2020. Wuhan University of Science and Technology (Technology Invention 1)
Wuhan University of Science and Technology is a local high-level university jointly built by the province and the ministry, is a national "central and western university basic capacity building project" university and Hubei province "double first-class" construction university, in the fourth round of national discipline evaluation, 11 disciplines ranked first in Hubei Province; materials science and engineering, metallurgy and mining engineering, mechanical engineering and other 3 disciplines were selected as Hubei Province's "domestic first-class disciplines" construction disciplines; materials science, engineering, chemistry, clinical medicine and other 4 disciplines into the top 1% of ESI global rankings.

Kunming University of Science and Technology was founded on September 4, 1954, and in 1999, the former Kunming University of Science and Technology merged with the former Yunnan University of Technology to form the new Kunming University of Science and Technology.
Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Environmental/Ecology, Plant and Zoology, and Agricultural Sciences have entered the top 1% of ESI globally.
