This is one of the important masterpieces of my family Mr. Huang Jun in the "My Heart Stone • Huang Jun Calligraphy Return Exhibition" in September this year. The couplet text comes from a poem he wrote in 2004 for his brother's birthday.
In addition to being stable and ingenious in conception, the most important feature of this couplet is that it tells a truth of life, and the couplet reveals a noble way of being a man and a gentleman's feeling. Poor and rich, is a pair of antonyms, is two different states of life, the author of the two compared, pointed out that life has experienced poverty and suffering, you can better appreciate wealth and happiness, cherish everything in life, while adhering to the virtue of diligence and frugality, with a positive attitude to face many unsatisfactory in life, bitter and happy, dashing and free. The two brothers are far away from their hometown, starting a business in Beijing, meeting friends with literature, full of talents, and making friends of many talents, doing what they can for the society. They have never forgotten their hometown fathers and fellow villagers, have not forgotten to participate in the construction of their hometown, whether it is the government's cultural construction, or the ancestral hall of the zongmiao temple, the roadside pavilion, to help poor children, they all poured out their hearts to help each other, morality first, uphold the style of a kind gentleman. As a descendant of Huang Tingjian, loyal to the family, poetry and books, the author's gift to his brother this couplet must be mutual encouragement and mutual promotion!
The size of this joint is 52cmx238cmx2, with his best cursive writing, the pen is dignified and not lacking in dashing, calm and painful, in one breath, full of flow, the pen is connected, there is a kind of life free meaning, there is a Zi Ang dancing sword, Wen Ji Fuqin magic. "People will put etiquette first, trees will take flowers and fruits as gardens", the country of Chinese etiquette, held by morality, the world is the same.
