I was born into a poor family, the third oldest, with an older sister and an older brother, both of whom were intelligent, but both of whom were mute. In order to treat them, it was said that it cost a lot of money, and even my parents begged along the road to see a doctor behind their backs, so I was destined to be a child, and I would certainly not be able to compare with other people in material terms.
The story of the Little Lamb takes place in 1994, when I was supposed to be 10 years old. Frankly speaking, because my brothers and sisters are dumb, I usually communicate with them very little in language, not as close as other people's brothers and sisters, so I am often a little lonely inside. So I often wanted to have a puppy, and that year I don't know why the feeling became particularly strong.
Maybe because a normal child is really hard to come by for my parents, although I was born in a poor family when I was a child, my parents did not let me eat less, but in the matter of buying pets, they were really difficult. After all, one more livestock has one more mouth, and dogs will not do any other benefits to the family than to be able to take care of the home.
On the night of the ninth day of the first month of the second month of the lunar calendar, everyone was relatively sleepless. I felt helpless, they felt very incompetent. After a night of ideological struggle, the next morning in the dark, my mother woke me up and told me that they were going to town for a trip, and they would come back at noon, and when they left, they pulled 2 snakeskin bags of grain to sell in the town, I knew that because of my inappropriate demands, they were embarrassed, I wanted to apologize to them, but I couldn't open my mouth.
I didn't go out in the morning and did my homework in the yard. At noon across the gate, my parents came back to greet the left and right voices, and vaguely heard someone say, "Second son, I bought a lamb today." I thought I had heard it wrong, but I didn't expect that when the door opened, my father really came back with a little lamb in his arms.
I originally wanted a dog, but the moment I saw the little lamb's snow-white fur and clear eyes, his "meh" barked, and my heart completely melted. The moment I took the lamb from my father's hand, I also clearly felt that their tense expressions were relaxed and they all smiled heartily.
Since then, I have taken the lambs out to graze every day after school, and in my spare time I have gone out to cut the leaves for the lambs. Later, the lambs produced 3 little lambs and became the mother of the sheep, and then the mother of the sheep became the grandmother of the sheep, and the sheep in the family also changed from one at that time to a group, and gradually the living conditions at home seemed to be getting better and better because of the arrival of the lambs.
Years later, when I tell my son about the old days, I will always share this story from time to time.
