Keiko Kitagawa is a Japanese actress of the new generation who was born in 1986 in Chuo-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. When she was a child, she was often sick and spent a lot of time in the hospital (some say it was anemia). There, she felt the hard work and dedication of the doctor and fell in love with the profession as well. Growing up, Keiko studied very seriously to become a doctor, whether reading an English novel to learn to speak English or just for fun, she has always been a very hard-working student.

In 2003, when she heard "Seventeen", she thought about competing in "Seventeen" in Japan, and in the end, she won the title of "Miss Seventeen 2003". She then became the exclusive model for Seventeen. In the same year, she auditioned and won the role of "Sailor Mars/Ryanori" in Sailor Mars/ Ryano, completing her first small screen performance. She immediately realized that people liked her not just for her pretty face, but for more of her. She plays an impatient Martian warrior. From then on, as a newcomer to Seventeen, Keiko began to become the most famous model of the time as a cover character many times. She has attended many meet-ups (more than any previous Miss Seventeen winner). Even when she wasn't on the cover, her graceful gestures appeared on almost every page of the magazine. Jingzi's popularity continued to rise after filming PGSM, playing a negative character named "Li Xia" in "Flowers of Water Habitat".

After the end of the "Sailor Moon" series, Kitagawa's acting career began to turn to the big screen. She starred in the horror film "Aquatic Flower", the romance film "Brothers in the Palace", etc., and then appeared in the Hollywood movie "Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift", and her popularity quickly soared.

In September 2006, at the age of twenty, Kitagawa officially left Seventeen magazine and shifted his career to film. In 2007, four films starring Kitagawa were released, including the youth film "Dear Friend" in which she played the female lead. In the autumn of 2007, he starred in his first Japanese drama "Rag Girl", which was widely acclaimed.

While his acting career was booming, Kitagawa did not give up his studies. She was originally a student in the science class of Osaka Girls' College High School, transferred to Clark Memorial International High School Tokyo Gakuen in her junior year of high school, and entered the Department of Business at Meiji University after graduation. In March 2009, he graduated from the Faculty of Commerce of Meiji University.
