This ink plum blossom is a representative work of his later years, painted in the Qianlong Wushu (1778) of the Qing Dynasty. In the picture, the old plum is intertwined and simple, and the branches are sparse and dense, full of vitality. The author makes full use of the ink effect, the branches and moss dots are thick and light, the white circle petals are clean and neat, lined with flower buds and calyxes, the contrast is strong, and it is often slightly embellished in the inadvertent place. The picture is open and varied, and you can see magic in the plain place. The seven-word long poem inscribed, sprinkled with foreign oceans, flowing smoothly and naturally, echoes with plum blossoms, and achieves harmony and unity in the changes of movement and undulation. National second-class cultural relics. (Liu Kan)
