1. Since November 11, 2021 (inclusive), there are Pudong New Area and Qingpu District of Shanghai, Suzhou City and Xuzhou City in Jiangsu Province since November 19 (inclusive), and since November 22 (inclusive) there are people living in Shilailan in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, please be sure to take the initiative to report to the community (township) at the first time, and cooperate with the implementation of relevant prevention and control measures as required; at the same time, the above areas of the returnee to Lanzhou need to provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.
