The Hornets ended the Timberwolves' five-game winning streak 133-115 and won three straight. The Hornets hit 23 three-pointers across the team!

Beverly was out, Towns assisted russell on a layup, hit a three-pointer himself, and Russell followed up with a long-range shot. Opposite Hayward, Rozier and Washington scored 17 points, after which Cody Martin, Oubre and Jaylen McDaniels scored consecutive points to give the Hornets a 24-16 lead. Malik Beasley came up and ran for three points, Towns made a layup, russell threw a throw to complete the comeback! Oubre hit a three-pointer in the final minute to give the Hornets a 30-28 lead in the first quarter.

In the second quarter, Reid scored four straight points and Beasley hit another three. Hayward responded with five consecutive points, Oubre and Rozier shot from distance and the Hornets went 11-0 to take a 10-point lead. Jaylen McDaniels and Oubre hit three consecutive points, and Ball broke through the Hornets twice to lead by 15 points. Edwards hit a three-pointer and then hit a long-range shot. However, a three-goal assist for Miles Bridges pressed a whistle to layup, and the Hornets led by 10 points 68-58 in the first half.

Towns personally scored 11 points in the third quarter to help the Timberwolves close the gap. But at the end of the quarter, Oubre hit four consecutive three-pointers to give the Hornets a 99-83 lead in the third quarter. In the fourth quarter, the Hornets' three-pointers were still accurate, and PJ-Washington hit four more three-pointers, and the Hornets established a huge advantage and finally won the Timberwolves on the road.

Ball had 10 points, 13 assists and six rebounds, Rozier 15 points, Washington 17 points and seven rebounds, Hayward 18 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, 3 blocks and 5 turnovers, Bridges 18 points and 7 rebounds, Jaylen McDaniels 14 points and 8 rebounds, oubre 7 of 13 three-pointers to score 27 points.

Towns had 25 points, seven rebounds and six assists, Russell had 18 points, six rebounds and five assists, Edwards had 11 points and five rebounds, Vanderbilt had five points and eight rebounds, and Beasley had 18 points.
