We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the 26 years of activities that have been held so far, for the warm protection and support of all the fans, and for the warm encouragement and support of the relevant personnel.
Gathered around Johnny, the 6 people who formed the V6 debuted on CD on November 1, 1995. Since then, we have spent every day and night steadily, half of our lives as V6, and as a result, we celebrated our 25th anniversary last year. Although it is the form of webcasting, it is a great joy to be able to spend this time with the fans, to be able to convey our gratitude to you through their respective performances and words, and all 6 of us have stood on this stage with such ideas.
The conclusion about this dissolution is also because the 6 of us are proud of the identity of V6 members, and each of us as an independent individual makes positive choices for future life.
Starting in the spring of 2019, in preparation for the 25th anniversary of our debut, we added many opportunities for 6-person conversations. In the dialogue, based on the team activities we have spent with our fans seriously, we also expressed our thoughts about each other's lives. For the 6 of us, at this time when all V6 members are greeting the age of 40, it also means that we must face each other's lives. As a result, Morita expressed the idea that "in the future of my life, I want to seriously challenge myself to be a good actor without relying on the Janis Office", and the other five people accepted the idea, and after that, they had many frank conversations, and finally all of them came to the current conclusion together. It is true that the impetus for this decision was Morita's speech, but it is also true that as the five of us have increased in age, we have begun to think more about our future lives.
Because of this, everyone can agree on accepting and respecting Morita's ideas. In the end, in order to be able to reap the desired results in the acting career they are pursuing, and considering the further growth in the future, the members came up with the idea of challenging the next stage, and it is precisely because all 6 of us have the same idea that "if it is not these 6 people, it is not V6", so we can finally make this decision. It is precisely because the members deeply understand that it is a matter of great gratitude to be able to obtain such encounters and experiences in life, and they can feel incomparably accomplished and satisfied with the current harvest.
After November 1, 2021, Morita will quit the Janis office and move on a new path in life.
