Recently, the Zuoquan County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau convened 24 elevator use units in the county to conduct collective interviews, and more than 50 people attended the meeting, including the main responsible persons and safety management personnel of the elevator property management of each residential community.
The meeting demanded that, first, to further implement the main responsibility of the unit using the elevator in the community, adhere to the principle of "who has who is responsible, who is in charge and who is responsible", and the special person is responsible for strengthening the daily maintenance and daily inspection of the elevator; the second is to immediately organize self-inspection, rectify the existing problems within a limited time, eliminate and eliminate potential safety hazards in a timely manner, focusing on the validity period of regular inspection, daily maintenance specifications, and whether there are precautions and warning signs posted in a conspicuous position in the elevator. The third is to strengthen emergency response drills, improve emergency rescue plans, implement emergency rescue measures, and improve emergency rescue capabilities; fourth, we must strengthen publicity, do a good job in publicizing and guiding the knowledge of safe and civilized ladders, enhance the safety of community owners' awareness of safe ladders, and put an end to unsafe ladder behavior.
In the future, the bureau will continue to strengthen the supervision and inspection and law enforcement of the elevator users in the residential area, actively perform the safety supervision function, prevent accidents, and effectively ensure the safe operation of the elevator in the community.
