A few days ago, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Transport jointly issued the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Subsidy Funds after the Government Repays Loans for Secondary Highways after The Cancellation of Tolls", which stipulates the use of common financial power transfer payment funds (hereinafter referred to as award and supplementary funds) arranged by the central government and used to reward and support local ordinary road maintenance work, clarifies the calculation principle of reward and supplement funds and the reward threshold of various types of highways, and further improves the quality level of ordinary road maintenance.
The annual bonus funds shall be issued in the form of pre-allocation and then liquidation. The award and supplementary funds shall be used by each province for the maintenance of various types of ordinary roads, and shall not be included in the operation expenses and personnel of the management agencies, and shall be inclined to the maintenance of major national highways such as the Sichuan-Tibet Railway.
The "Measures" propose to set a reward threshold and reward provinces that meet the threshold. There is no reward threshold for the Tibet Autonomous Region.

After the pilot vehicle obtains the shuttle passenger transport qualification and the tourist charter passenger transport qualification, it can flexibly engage in relevant line transport business and tourist charter transport business according to business needs, and no longer apply for temporary permits from the road transport management agency, which is convenient for transport enterprises and saves administrative resources.
5 The main structure of the new railway bridge in the Suez Canal was completed

The EI-Ferdan Railway Translation Bridge is located in Ismailia, Egypt, across the Suez Canal and connecting the Asian and African continents at both ends. The project was undertaken by a subsidiary of Shudao Group, using the EPC general contracting model, and the main projects included the construction of a new main span of 340 meters on the new Suez Canal with a biplane translation bridge and the renovation and upgrading of the existing bridge of the old canal.
It is reported that after analyzing the relevant test data such as rotation, locking device and structural line type, the new El-Ferdan railway bridge project will enter the stage of railway laying and auxiliary structure installation of the bridge deck.
