The ancient city is leisurely, and the houses are full of clouds. Quiet in the middle of the bustle, hide in a quiet place. In the north of the bustling Garden Street Road in the downtown area, there is an ancient mansion of the Ming and Qing dynasties, the MengJia Garden.
According to legend, in 707 AD, Li Longji, the prince of the Tang Dynasty, was appointed as the governor of Luzhou. Just when the old minister Meng Yanming told the old man to return to his hometown, he returned to his hometown of Shandong through Luzhou and walked with Li Longji all the way. During his short stay in Luzhou, Meng Yanming discovered the Sidihua Tianbao, the fertile wilderness, the pleasant climate, and the outstanding people, and decided to settle in Luzhou. At the same time, he can continue to assist Li Longji in practicing his talents and achieving great achievements. Therefore, Meng Yanming bought land in the southeast of Luzhou City and built a mansion, which is today's "Meng Family Garden".
The Meng family who has lived in Luzhou for a long time has been passed down from generation to generation, and the talents of successive generations have emerged, and the literary context is endless, interpreting the glory of the family. At its peak, Meng's mansion covers an area of about 200 acres, east of Yan'an Road, north to East Shizi Street, west to Changxing South Road, south to the Government South Compound and Friendship Primary School. Bounded by Garden Street, the north of the road is the Meng's residential area, and the south of the road is the temple activity area, which together constitute a complete folk classical garden complex. It was first built in the Tang Dynasty, destroyed in the Song Dynasty, and rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty, after thousands of years of rise and fall, now only two courtyard houses remain in the Mengjia Garden, and the rest have long been destroyed, which is lamentable. In view of the unique historical and cultural value of Mengjia Garden, in 2011, Mengjia Garden was rated as a municipal cultural relics protection unit, and its exquisite construction and legendary stories continue to attract people to visit the ancient world and explore secrets.
A few years ago, Guo Dawei, who was fascinated by the promotion of tea culture, took a fancy to this treasure land, adopted the Mengjia Garden, and built it into a wuwei tea house for relaxation and tea tasting with the help of the elegant environment and quiet ancient charm of the old house. Those who do nothing, quiet and do nothing, the meaning of the Tao Fa nature also.
"Tea can be drunk guests why do you need wine, the book has a fragrance and does not need flowers" is set on both sides of the gate of the Meng House, pointing out the essence of the tea house and enlightening the hearts of newcomers. Step into the entrance, like another time and space, dream back to the Ming and Qing. Inside and outside the door, two worlds. The traffic outside the door is busy and the flow of people is endless; the door is quaint and quiet. Inside the house, square tables and wooden chairs, guqin tea sets, ancient plaques hanging high, tea fragrance; stone benches on stone tables outside the house, wine bed flower pots, lanterns and tea flags, greenery. The owner of the tea house has a unique ingenuity, collected from all over the place wooden plaques, strange stones, altar jars, old furniture and other old objects, arranged in front of the house and behind the house, the horns are wide, dotted in between, with the old lining, simple and dignified, appropriate to the scene, and the ancient house complement each other, creating a beautiful artistic mood. Here a grass, a wood, a stone, a table, a stool... All are endowed with vitality, very harmoniously integrated into the house, reflecting a strong cultural atmosphere. Nearby cats and dogs also advise this elegant atmosphere, two or three groups, as guest tea houses, bathing in cultural smoke, or lazily pacing back and forth in the courtyard, or falling to the ground to close their eyes and raise their waists, soft eyes, no bites or barking, if there is no one around, enjoy the slow pace of life. If the pleasant environment makes people linger, then the well-written Yang Lian can better explain the essence of tea culture. The ancient mansion that has become a tea house is a tea room, and the door is connected, which also enhances the taste in addition to the festivities. Zhengzhong Hall House: "Investigate the thousand years of Lu Yu, taste Lu Tong's seven bowls of tea", tea saints and tea immortals compete on the same stage, and I have the right to be a tea god. East Wing Room: "Where to find the ghost, free to cook fragrant tea", leading guests to gradually enter a better state and start a health journey. West room: "Sweep bamboo leaves to cook tea leaves, dig up pine roots to cook vegetable roots", simple life is also a happy life, because ugly is simple, happy and comfortable. East room: "No worries often come to sit on the road, there is a golden heart promise to cook tea", tea tasting is the way of enlightenment, tea tasting is tasting life.
The main house in the backyard was originally a kiln building, with five cave dwellings remaining, the brick carving on the top of the middle door was inscribed "Meal Xia", the two sides were inscribed "Ruzhi" and "Bai Gui", and an archway was built at the north gable of the east wing room to lead to the study, and the "Lanxiu Place" was engraved on it, leaving imprints for the Meng family ancestors to write poems and admonish their descendants. At first glance, "Xiaxia", "Ruzhi" and "Bait Gui" are all related to "eating", eating Xiaguang, eating Ganoderma lucidum, eating cinnamon, is it true that the Ancestors of the Meng family were authentic foodies? In fact, it is not the case, the trinity of Xiaxia, Ruzhi and Baigui is full of profound meaning, full of simple philosophical thoughts, contains the great wisdom of life, collects the aura of heaven and earth, absorbs the essence of the sun and the moon, spits out the old and the new, the unity of heaven and man, the otherworldly, and reaches the other side of success.
The person who eats Xiaxia, the meal Chaoxia also speaks of the "Book of Han, Sima Xiangru Biography", "Breathing and Eating Chaoxia". Cao Zhi's "Driving Chapter" Yun: "The meal Xia is gargling, and the hairy feathers are shaped." Tang Dynasty poet Ma Dai "Sending Daoist Friends into Tiantai Mountain": "Outside the gargling flying spring, in the early realm of xiaxia." Zhang Juzheng of the Ming Dynasty, "Seven Sages Yong Ji Zhongsan": "There is little suitable rhyme, and there is a wish for dinner." ”
Ruzhi originally meant to eat Ganoderma lucidum, which by extension means to live in seclusion. Emperor Fu of the Jin Dynasty's "Biography of Gao Shi": "The four Hao people, all Hanoi people also ... When Qin Shi Huang was in charge of Qin Shi Huang, he retreated into Lantian Mountain and composed a song: "Momo Mountain, deep valley. Ye Ye Zi Zhi can cure hunger. Tang Yu is far away, where will I return? The horse is high, and its worries are great. The fear of the rich is not as great as the arrogance of the poor. 'It is a total of Shangluo, hidden lung mountain. It is said that Yao Shi Pengzu "fled to the mountains and forests, Ruzhi drinking waterfalls" and lived for more than 800 years.
Bait laurel, eat cinnamon also, the term cinnamon bait is used in reverse. The baiter, using cinnamon as bait, is a metaphor for flashy and extravagant. The ancient book "Que Zi" Yun: "The Lu people have good anglers, with gui as bait, golden hooks, wrong silver and blue, weeping jade, and their rod position is, but they do not have many fish, so the fishing business is not in Fang decoration, and the urgency is not in the debate." Southern Dynasty Liu Xun "Wenxin Carved Dragon Love Cai": "Gu zhi CuiLun Gui bait, but so lost fish." Yuan Dynasty Chen Qiao "Mao Mao Fu": "Carry the floating ring to turbulence, mixed with frost and cinnamon bait, knot fine hammer as a net." "Bait Gui" is used here, and the original meaning and extension meaning are similar to "Ruzhi".
"Showroom" is a pun, wonderful. "Lanxiu" refers to both the appreciation of the natural environment and the beauty of the ocean of knowledge. Enter the archway, walk towards the study, and wind and quiet. The study courtyard is elegant and quiet, full of fun, beautiful and delicious. Reading books in the study, receiving education, and also showing. The so-called book has its own golden house, and the book has its own Yan Ruyu is also.
The tea guest understood the true meaning of several inscriptions, and also understood the original intention of the Ancestors of the Meng Family to clean themselves and live in seclusion, opened the door of the soul, realized the dialogue with the ancients, and had a relationship with my heart. Nowadays, the tea house advocates "doing nothing", following the heavenly path, and conforming to the state of mind of the Mengjia ancestors, which can be described as having a spirit and a sharp mind, and continuing and developing the Mengjia culture.
Thinking back to that year, the owner of the Meng family climbed the kiln building, chanted the wine, and admired the moon by the column, how poetic.
In the tea house, watch the host burn tea, listen to a guqin, the wind rhymes, and the feelings of thinking about the past are filled in the chest. Immerse yourself in it and enjoy yourself. In a trance, I seemed to catch a glimpse of the Meng family prince burying his head in the book, holding the book of the sages, and reciting the Zhihu. Miss Meng Jia on the embroidery floor opened the flower window, let the morning sun shoot in, finely polished the piano, chess, calligraphy and painting, and practiced slim female red. I heard the noise of people outside the door again, and it turned out that It was King Shen riding a high-headed horse to marry Miss Meng Family. Meng Hongkuo, an old minister of the Ming Dynasty, was idle at home and liked to serve flowers and plants. Shen Zhuang, the third generation of Shen King of Fanlu Prefecture, often came to the Meng family to watch the flowers and look for Fang, and secretly had a love affair with Meng Hongkuo's little daughter Meng Wenying. Miss Meng is fifteen years old and proficient in piano, chess, calligraphy and painting. Shen Zhuang Wang TongQinqi calligraphy and painting also love flowers, the two people fell in love, and they were happy to reason with each other. After marrying the king of Shenzhuang, the Meng mansion was rebuilt, and the Meng mansion became the back garden of the Shen king's mansion. Since then, the Meng House has been called the Meng Family Garden.
The tea house is settled, holding hands with Meng Yuan, inheriting the gentle context of Meng Zhao, and the Confucian and Taoist culture with tea culture as the carrier is harmoniously integrated and reflected in this space, the excellent traditional Chinese culture is vividly revived, and the regional cultural heritage of the Shangdang can be spread and highlighted. Presumably, the ancestors of the Meng family knew about it and would feel sincerely pleased.
Have a leisure time, invite three or five confidants, enter the Wuwei Tea House, listen to the past of the Meng family, taste tea and zen, ask the ancient and talk about the present, sit and talk about the Tao, are you not happy?
