Apartment buildings are housed in the community
Ruiyang, Xinli, Dexin South, Dexin North four apartment building resettlement community, because of the use of many years, there are housing leakage, paint peeling, line aging short circuit and other problems, has become a pain point blockage problem affecting the lives of the masses. In order to speed up the solution of this people's livelihood problem, the Yangpu Working Committee has incorporated it into the study and education of party history as a matter for the people to do practical work, and has conducted special research and solutions. Zhou Junping, secretary of the Working Committee, has conducted two on-site investigations and supervision, organized relevant departments to conduct systematic investigations, analyzed the causes of leakage in detail, and worked with the masses to formulate professional repair plans and pay close attention to implementation.
On July 5, the construction team entered the construction site and plans to complete the waterproof maintenance of 557 housing units by December 31, 2021. At present, 489 sets have been repaired, and the completion progress is 88%.
On November 18, Zhou Junping came to Dexin North and other resettlement communities again to inspect the repair of houses on the spot and listen to the opinions and suggestions of the masses on the repair work. Zhou Junping successively went to the homes of Zheng Sanhan, Yang Minzhi and other households to inspect the repair of the houses and ask the masses about their satisfaction with the repair work. Zheng Sanhan, Yang Minzhi and other residents reflected that the repair work committee carefully organized research, did a lot of research and analysis, designated special personnel to supervise the construction quality on the spot, promote the progress of the project, and established a signature acceptance mechanism for the head of the household, and the residents generally reflected that there was no leakage problem in the house after the repair.

At the construction sites of the Shipping Building and the International Trade Building, Zhou Junping learned about the progress of the project construction, the progress of investment and the existence of problems, and coordinated the on-site office to solve the problem of blockages and promote the smooth construction of the project. Zhou Junping demanded that all units should take the initiative to serve in the front, actively help enterprises solve the problem of blocking points, do a good job in project service guarantee work, and do everything possible to solve problems for enterprises; they should strictly follow the time node, reverse the construction schedule, hang up the chart, ensure quality and quantity, and go all out to speed up the construction of the project; they should make scientific arrangements, meticulously organize, overcome difficulties, strengthen the allocation of personnel and machines, and catch up with the construction progress as much as possible; they must strictly implement the responsibility for safe production, ensure that the construction site is standardized and orderly, and create high-standard demonstration projects.
