There are always some trivial things that affect people's lives.
These "insignificant" may just be a smile, a word of encouragement, a hug from the teacher, or the ordinary busyness that you as a teacher can no longer remember.
When Ms. Taverna was unexpectedly reunited with her students ten years later, she recalled a "common thing" she had done.
This incident was very ordinary in Tavenna's mind, but it really affected Matteo's life.

The trust and support given by teachers to students is of great significance!
I remember a school principal sharing a painting at a meeting with a cute little girl. There's a line next to it: "The smile you gave her was probably the only smile she got today."
This sentence has always been deeply rooted in my mind, and in my teaching career, I will always think back to this sentence. Also always tell yourself, love with your heart, every child you meet.
Even if it's just simple, a smile.
