Rei Khan Guli Mati Kasim, 21 years old, from Yutian County, Hotan Region, when she was a child, "Hotan Sai Naim" beautiful melody, beautiful dance posture, deeply attracted her, after six years of studying dance at the Xinjiang Academy of Arts, returned to her hometown, became a professional dancer in the Yutian County Cultural and Labor Troupe, and is also a performer of Uyghur folk art "Hetian Sai Naim".

In 2014, "Hetian Sai Naim" was included in the list of representative projects of national intangible cultural heritage, and Yutian County provided a special learning and training venue equipped with various musical instruments, performance costumes and props, etc., and also held a "Hetian Sai Naim" inheritance learning training class in Yutian, and "Hetian Sai Naim" was effectively protected and inherited.
In order to let "Hetian Sai Naim" go out of Yutian, the Yutian County Cultural and Labor Troupe actively seized every opportunity to go out to perform. In 2019, in the "National Folk Song Festival Exhibition and Performance Activity" held in Kunming, Yunnan Province, the "Hetian Sai Naim" performed by the Yutian County Cultural and Labor Troupe won unanimous praise from the audience. In May 2020, "Hetian Sai Naim", which was choreographed and performed by the Yutian County Cultural and Labor Troupe, won the first place in the Hotan District Folk Song Competition.
