  In September 2018, I stepped onto the dream three-foot podium, born in Shuxiangmendi, I have been cultivated and raised by school life, watching the teachers around me work hard to see groups of students grow up to become talents, contributing a large number of elite talents to the service of socialist modernization, and I am determined to set my life goal on dedication to education. I had the privilege of meeting my wife during college, and through our interactions, I learned that we had a common dream in our hearts - to teach and educate people, and dedicate ourselves to education.

  He passed the teacher qualification examination in 2018 and was fortunate enough to be part of the educator. I don't give up on my dreams, and in 2019, my wife also became a teacher as she wished, and together she took root in Wanggang's education career. My wife and I truly love the cause of education, love every student, regard our cause as incomparably sacred, in order to better devote ourselves to the cause of education, in September 2019, after working hard to pass the preparation examination, we have the honor to take root in Wanggang education, although we are not Wanggang locals, but for the common dream we stay together in Wanggang's three-foot pulpit to teach and educate people.

  First, care for the students, and water with love

  Rural education, we are more faced with left-behind children, so when managing students, we must give more care, know how to respect students, put students in an equal position with themselves, ideologically establish a sense of equality with students, take the initiative to approach, enthusiastically help, timely discover and praise their advantages, do not protect their shortcomings, do not accommodate, move with affection, understand reason, criticize and also pay attention to using their advantages to encourage them. For example, there is a girl in our class, very impressed, named Chen Siyu, her parents are divorced, usually live with her grandparents, although the grades are not good, but she has a grateful heart. She has been making trouble not going to school before, after understanding, she knows that she is distressed by her father, her father suffers from polio, runs a car repair shop in Guangzhou, she said that anyway, learning is not good, she wants to drop out of school to help her father with mobility problems to see the shop. After my unremitting persuasion, let her understand that only good study is the greatest help to her father, when learning will not look for me to tutor homework, and I also pay attention to finding her shining point, after finding her talent for painting, let her perform more in daily class life, the blackboard on the back wall is her little world, and she plays her imagination in every issue of the blackboard newspaper. I also felt particularly relieved to see the smile return to her face. I think this is the greatest achievement of teachers.

  Latecomers are generally "problem students" in the class. As teachers, we should not adopt a hostile attitude, but should extend the hand of friendship with great enthusiasm, help them find out the reasons for their backward progress, and help them formulate goals and measures to achieve them. Once it is found that the latecomers have shining points, they should be guided in time and appropriately, plucked in time, and encouraged to enhance their courage in life and keep up with the pace of the whole class. There is a student in my class, Zhou Xu, who usually has unsatisfactory grades, and may be timid and inferior when listening to lectures in class, often bowing his head, and often not completing homework. In dealing with his mistakes, I did not scold and punish, but gave him tolerance and encouragement with a broad mind, and pointed out a way for him to correct his mistakes. I remember once in an open class, there was a question that many students could not answer, he knew but was embarrassed to raise his hand, I asked him a question, he not only answered it and answered it beautifully, I immediately praised him in front of the whole class, he was very happy, and finally he could look up and confidently face the whole class. He made a small progress, received rare praise, and became a great motivation for him to study seriously. Subsequently, in order to get the praise of the teacher, he often raised his hand in class and took the initiative to answer questions, and the problems on his body were slowly corrected. I am especially happy to see his transformation, which is the most beautiful reward for our teacher.

  Second, never be complacent, keep improving

  We are important disseminators and creators of knowledge, connecting the history, present and future of civilization and progress, and we should keep pace with the times, constantly enrich ourselves with new knowledge, and become models of love learning, learning to learn and lifelong learning. As the specific implementers of the national education function, we learn not only for the rejuvenation and progress of the nation, but also for the development of every student. Because only by continuously studying can we accurately grasp the concept of talent in modern society, accurately grasp the laws of physical and mental development of contemporary children and teenagers, and accurately grasp the differences in personality, learning and development of students from different families, so as to be targeted and teach according to their aptitudes, and can also make each student harmoniously closely integrate his ideals with the destiny of the motherland. In the teaching at the same time, I often recharge for myself, in the years of teaching, my wife and I systematically studied "Child Psychology", "Pedagogy", "Teachers' Professional Ethics Cultivation" and other theoretical books, in-depth study of education and teaching theory, joint discussion, progress together, but also participated in the municipal and provincial rural teacher training, continuous efforts, so that I and my wife can become a high-quality qualified people's teacher, worthy of the sacred title of people's teacher.

  Third, love the post and dedicate oneself to work, and live up to Shaohua

  In the past four years of teaching, I have always stuck to the position of "three-foot podium". Every morning, no matter the wind or rain, I would get up early and accompany the students to exercise and read early, and accompany the children to eat breakfast. I also run with the kids during the recess activities. In the self-study class, I will guard the children in case they have the knowledge to be solved in time. For several years, I have no complaints and no regrets, and I am willing to accompany the children's days.

  Whenever the first rays of the morning sun sprinkle into the campus, the sound of children reading aloud into the ears, my heart does not mention how happy, watching the children grow up healthily under our education and care, I feel great happiness in my heart. As long as we face it with sincerity and touch every student with true love, they can have the progress of the children of the fancy years, which is our greatest satisfaction.

  New beginnings and new hopes, I will join hands with my wife to fight for our common education cause for life, live up to Shaohua, pack up and start again.
