【Yi Hu Zhu - Reminiscing about the Past】
Spring comes green grass and trees, and nearly clear, eight years is not short, dark tears often mourn, sad like a carp thorn in my heart. It is difficult to enter the five dimensions at hand, and the eyes are broken, and only the sound in the dream is sought. How can the past be forgotten like a curtain, and think of adding new things with the years.
At the end of the Ming Dynasty, Tao Ru Nai, who served in the Hanlin Academy, saw the people of Hanyang planting willow trees by the river, and gave the "Qingchuan Supplementary Tree" to say: "Hanyang is withering at some point, and replanting tens of thousands of them with big hands." "It can be seen that the scale of willow planting in that year is evident. Under the meticulous care of the industrious Hanyang people, for thousands of years, in Hanyang and Parrot Island, willow trees have been lined up, crowns are shaded, willow branches are like silk, swaying with the wind, dancing with the waves, beautiful...
As early as the Tang Dynasty, the saying that Hanyang was picturesque was prevalent, and the great poet Li Baifu "Looking at hanyang willow color - sending wang zai":
Hanyang River on the willow, looking at the guest to lead the East Branch.
The trees and flowers are like snow, and they are as chaotic as silk.
The spring breeze spreads my mind, and the grass and trees are not known.
Send thanks to the string song Zai, it is not too late to come to the west.
In the Ming Dynasty, there is a famous embankment in Hanyang called "Yangliuti", which is 7 miles long, from Hanyang City to the south bank of Hanshui, that is, close to Hanshui. Since the Tang Dynasty Cui Hao ascended the Yellow Crane Tower, saw the beauty of Hanyang, and interpreted (chanted) in the poet's heart into "Qingchuan Calendar Hanyang Tree, Yerba Buena Parrot Island." "The song of eternity. Over time, people have evolved Li Bai's beloved "Hanyang Willow" into the "Hanyang Tree" loved by the people of the three towns.
In fact, the oldest tree in Wuhan is the ancient cypress (tree) planted by Dayu in Dayue Mountain (Guishan), and the Dayu Ancestral Hall and ancient cypress are no longer there; this ginkgo tree that is more than 500 years old has become the ancestor of the tree in Wuhan, and people naturally graft their emotions onto this ancient ginkgo tree, specially named "Hanyang Tree". This was done in 1985.
Opening the old photo album, I was immediately attracted by the photo of my parents returning to the old house and under the ancient ginkgo tree in the courtyard, which is difficult to verify by whom. Even if it is a more scientific way to check the "attributes", it is difficult to find out. Judging from the background of the photo, it should have been taken in the mid-1980s, exactly when the "Hanyang Tree Park" was just inaugurated. I remember my father mentioning to me in the letter about "Hanyang Tree Park". From the photos, it can be clearly seen that the inpatient department of the Fifth Hospital of Wuhan has not yet been built, and it is still an old three-story house. Even from the clothing, you can read the information of the times, and its costume customs are by no means the same as the old two in the early days of the Cultural Revolution.
The ancient tree and courtyard in the photo are the "Hanyang Tree" and "Hanyang Tree Park" mentioned earlier. From the origin of this courtyard, historical records record: "Between the Yuan Dynasty and December of the 21st year of the Yuan Dynasty (1284), the Mongol Great Khan Kublai Khan sent his son Zhennan - Wang Dehuan to invade Vietnam, and Chen Yiji, the brother of the King of Annam, praised the prosperity of dayuan, belonged to the surrender faction, and then defected to the Yuan Dynasty, and was given the title of "King of Hanyang" by the Yuan Court, and his royal palace started from "Hanyang Park" in the north to Xianzheng Street in the south, from Qingchuan West in the east to Beicheng Road in the west, and "Hanyang Tree Park" was a small part of it. Historically, it is called "Annan Garden". In its garden, the landscape pavilion is readily available. There are beautiful scenery and beautiful scenery. In the garden, there is the famous "Chunfeng Building" of the Song Dynasty, which was later renamed "Gongbei Lou" by Chen Yiji, and its meaning is self-evident. He specially wrote a poem: "The Lang Yin people are in the high place of Qing, and the Gongbei Dan heart is the same." ”
In the garden, near the southern foothills of Fengqi Mountain (Phoenix Mountain), there is a cliff carving "Fengli Meiyan", which is Chen Yijiping's beloved object, so he prides himself on "Meiyan Sorcerer".
Located in Hanyang Fengqi Mountain, the cliff carvings have been baptized by wind and rain for thousands of years, and the handwriting can still be seen. The stone carvings of the characters of "Meiyan" and the small characters of "Duanping Bingshen" and "Hanyang Lingzhao Shi inscription" are still in sight.
In the second year of the Yuan Dynasty (1334), Chen Yiji died and was buried in Hejiashan, Hanyang. Many of the landscapes in the garden and the gongbei were destroyed by the soldiers. At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, Xu Shouhui led the Red Turban Army to establish the Tianquan Regime, and he established the "New Wangfu" on the basis of the "Old King's Mansion", which changed owners several times in the next hundred years, but all belonged to private gardens.
From a historical point of view, since the Tang and Song dynasties, Hanyang County ya and fu ya were mostly built in front of Fengqi Mountain, which is equivalent to the back mountain of these official offices. The "Hanyang District Chronicle" published in 2007 records that since the Song Dynasty, there have been various ancient buildings on Fengqi Mountain, which no longer exist: in the early Ming Dynasty, Wang Zhi built his former residence on the site of the "Annan Garden"; Xiao Fangbo rebuilt his former residence in the late Ming Dynasty, and the ming Chongzhen was destroyed by war; during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, the vice-xian (another name for the deputy governor of the Qing Dynasty Metropolitan Inspection Yuan) Jiang Xuan xie group returned to his hometown, and then chose the site of the "Sucking River Pavilion" on the site of Xiao Yuan's former site and built the "Royal Library Building".
It was also changed to the private residence "Jiang's Forest Garden"; later "Song's Forest Garden", and when the Song family repaired the forest garden, they transported back the "Lingzhi Peak" collected by Li Yu from Jiangsu and Zhejiang. During the Qing Dynasty, it was purchased by the Yangzhou Hu clan as the "Hu Family Garden"; during the Qing Tongzhi period, the Hanyang Baiquan Sanjia Zhang clan purchased it and named it "Chunmao Garden"... In the 1950s, a number of villas were built on Fengqi Mountain as residences for Soviet experts who participated in the construction of the Yangtze River Bridge.
The Chronicle of Hanyang County of Ming Jiajing records that Liu Benyong, who was then the prefect of Hanyang in the ninth year of Ming Jiajing (1531), wrote in a poem:
Empty Jai sat quietly to send the slanting sun, and the Hanshu River cloud thoughts were vague. Gujing Spring is pure because of me, and the other mountain grass is not popular. Matsuyō Chi on the Three Acacia Halls, and Chrysanthemum Masaka in front of the Five Willow Gate. The extreme eyes are far away, and the lone lamp drizzle night is long.
The scenery described in the poem is very similar to the Laoli described in Zhang Jingting's (Xingjian) "Huizhou Fu Cheng Zhang Gong Annals" and Zhang Yumu's (Sanyi) "Complete Collection of Laiqing Garden", and the surrounding scenery, "Sanhuaitang" is "Hanyang Sanjia ZhangShi" Laoli "Sanhuaili", and the Hanshu mentioned in the poem seems to be what is now called "Hanyang Tree". In the ninth year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty, this ginkgo tree has grown for 52 years and has long been a towering tree standing in the courtyard.
The "Hanyang District Local History Office" of Wuhan City compiled the "Hanyang Story and Legend": during the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, Zhang Jingting (Xingjian), the author of "Hanyang County Knowledge", bought this garden and named it "Chunmao Garden". The descendants referred to in the book are his brother Zhang Zhifu (行方). As a large family with three generations in the same house, the order of children is always counted by the big house; Zhang Jingting is the eldest, he has three sons, and his disciples can only be counted as the fourth oldest. This old fourth was Zhang Jiyu, the later "Ginkgo Xuan Heir".
I wrote in "The Master of the Weiwei Hanyang Tree Huai Qingzhai - Zhang Renfen": "Zhang Zhifu has been in business for two generations, and he has placed his hope of reading on the only son Ji Yu, and specially purchased a large courtyard so that his son can quietly read under the towering ancient tree. At that time, his father Zhifu engraved a seal of "Hanyang Ginkgo Xuan II Main Heir Shou" for Ji Yu, and subsequently, he also engraved the seal of "Hanyang Ginkgo Xuan IV Main Heir Shou" for his eldest grandson Fan Min (Shi Mo), hoping that his descendants could keep this property. Born in Hankou Taixingli No. 12, the eldest grandson Fan Min, has a deep affection for the old house and the "Hanyang Tree", since the whole family moved out in 1931, every year he had to sit with his grandfather across the Han River and return to the old house to dry books. Grandpa, who loved books all his life, once made books suffer from insect moths because he was not soaked or did not pack boxes, saw the way books were damaged, and slapped his mouth in remorse... He loved people with benevolence, loved books and cared more about people, and when he learned that his hometown was flooded, he resolutely vacated the "Huai Qing Zhai" (old mansion) and street shops for his relatives, leading his children and grandchildren to rent a house in Hankou.
After Zhang Jiyu's death, the eldest grandson, Zhang Fanmin, relied on his mother's savings to complete his education, and this money was lost a lot due to the great depreciation of the legal currency in the 1930s. Since then, he has always been self-reliant, always keeping the legacy left by his grandfather. Respecting his grandfather's wishes, he let his relatives still live in Ginkgo Xuan, without taking back the property nor collecting rent, until the 1980s, when the government turned Ginkgo Xuan into "Hanyang Tree Park". His grandfather left him hundreds of calligraphy and painting relics, which he did his best to preserve in the midst of great social unrest for more than thirty years. For reasons that are well known, it did not escape the mid-sixties.
In the 1980s, in order to save the endangered ancient tree species, the Hanyang District Garden bureau found this ancient ginkgo tree in the old mansion of Phoenix Lane, and immediately withdrew 200,000 yuan to build the "Hanyang Tree Park". In the minds of Hanyang people, only "the green shade of the riverside and the lush scenery can forever maintain the grand scenery of the new warblers wanting to stay in spring and the wild cranes returning." "This is Hanyang. Now with the "Hanyang Tree", emotions have found new sustenance.
No. 12, Guihua'an (Phoenix Lane), since the flood in 1931, has a large number of people living in miscellaneous people, and was also occupied by the "Hanyang Sales Department of Wuhan Phoenix Wool Factory" until the relocation of the "Hanyang Tree" Park in 1985.
In the mid-1960s, Zhang Fanmin, who was still in the "Hanyang No. 3 Middle School" substitute class, one day on his way to work, near the entrance of the school on North Huancheng Road, saw that the boundary monument of "Zhang Jiaozhongtang" had been dug up due to the repair of the road, discarded in the rubble of the municipal company, forced by the form and could not be preserved, and the five tastes in his heart were very unpleasant.
On May 12, 2008, Zhang Fanmin, surrounded by his children, came to the "Hanyang Tree Park" in a wheelchair, and made an appointment with the head of the Dou Section of the Hanyang Garden and Forestry Bureau, to discuss the adoption of the "Hanyang Tree", who knew that this tree had just been adopted by a unit for five years. Until his death in 2012, he did not realize this long-cherished wish.
The smiling appearance of Mr. and Mrs. Fan Min in the photo must be happy for the newly built "Hanyang Tree Park" and the scientific and reasonable protection of ancient trees; at the same time, they are also happy for the ancestors under the Nine Springs.
The Zhang Yumu family in Hanyang Baiquan is one of thousands of Chinese families. This family is not so famous, because there are neither earth-shattering achievements nor earth-shattering writings, and it is difficult to see them in the big history or the main history. However, this family is quite typical, from Zhang Yunqi (such as the list) in the third year of Shunzhi in the early Qing Dynasty to Zhang Jiyu left boots in the late Qing Dynasty, More than 260 years, maintaining the same tradition and doing the same thing, their figures flashed in local history from time to time.
