In order to further implement the "double reduction" policy, further promote the reform of curriculum teaching, and effectively improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, Hanzhong Beiguan Primary School Education Group carried out a one-month group teaching expert selection activity from October 9 to November 10 in the two campuses of Beiguan Primary School Headquarters and Qinglongguan Primary School.
Under the background of "double reduction", how to implement effective teaching and achieve the purpose of reducing burden and increasing efficiency is a problem that all teachers of Beiguan Primary School Group constantly think about, so this competition teaching activity adopts the mode of 20 minutes of class + 10 minutes of lecture and reflection. In order to improve the quality of the classroom, the teaching expert selection activity is divided into two parts: demonstration class and competition teaching class, and before the young teachers' competition teaching class begins, the demonstration class is displayed by key teachers inside and outside the school.
The demonstration class consists of 13 lessons in six subjects: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Science, Labor, Ethics and the Rule of Law. Thirteen teachers presented a rich teaching feast for all teachers with thirteen wonderful demonstration lessons, of which four teaching experts from Zhao Jing's decimal workshop took the lead in showing, these four lessons have their own characteristics: some of the teaching process design pays attention to the fun of mathematics, some highlight hands-on operation and group cooperation, some guide students to observe and get a variety of solutions in different ways, and some provide students with full exploration, communication and summary of the activity space, exercising students' mathematical thinking. The natural and beautiful teaching attitude of the four teachers and the ups and downs of language gave all the teachers and students a beautiful enjoyment.

A total of 38 lessons were taught this semester, including seven subjects: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Science, Ethics and the Rule of Law, Physical Education, and Music. After all the teachers listened to the class and scored, evaluated the lessons, and the evaluation of the teaching and research groups, the headquarters of Hanzhong Beiguan Primary School selected a total of 8 high-quality demonstration classes, 7 excellent teaching designs, 6 excellent courseware, and 6 young teachers from Gao Qun, Early Morning, Li Zhu, Liu Xian, Wang Dan and Xiong Yan were rated as "school-level teaching experts". Qinglongguan Primary School selected 3 excellent teaching designs, and 4 young teachers, Huang Jiayuan, Yang Liuqing, Qiu Hua and Liu Jing, were rated as "School-level Teaching Experts".
