Murong Fu was bent on restoring the Great Yan Kingdom founded by his ancestors, and for the most important mission in his life, Murong Fu could worship Duan Yanqing, the head of the four evil men, as his righteous father. In order to restore the great cause of Yan, Murong Fu could personally kill the loyal courtiers who had followed him for many years. In order to restore the success of the Yan kingdom, the eldest cousin Murong Gongzi could fail and abandon the two little cousins Wang Yuyan.
In the end, Murong Fu was also a poor man, he had been carrying the mission of the Murong family since he was a child, in order to restore the Yan plan, Murong Fu tried his best to make friends with heroes and good men in the rivers and lakes, and strived to build the prestige of the Murong family, Murong Gongzi did not even have time to smooth his life with his little cousin next to him, such a Murong Gongzi lived too hard. 1. During the Sixteen Kingdoms of Wei and Jin Dynasties, murong Xianbei migrated from western Liaoning to northern Liaoning and settled here, and in 336 AD Murong Hao defeated his brother Murong Ren and unified the Murong tribe, after which Murong Hao established himself as the King of Yan. In 342, Murong Hao defeated Later Zhao's 200,000-strong army, relieving pressure from the Central Plains, and Murong Hao declared himself Emperor of Great Yan in Zhongshan, with the state name "Yan".
After Murong Hao's death, his son Murong Juan succeeded to the throne, and with Murong Chui's assistance, Former Yan also reached its peak. In 367, Murong Chui was rated as an assistant to the government, and Murong Chui, who had made great achievements, framed and ostracized him at every turn, and in desperation, Murong Chui defected to Former Qin.
Former Qin had always wanted to destroy Former Yan, but had always been jealous of Murong Chui, and now Murong Chui had come to vote, and there was no worries about the future. When everything was ready, Former Qin led an army of 100,000 to attack the former Yan capital, and Former Yan was destroyed by Former Qin. It took 33 years.

In 383 AD, when someone in Henan rebelled, Murong Chui was sent forward to suppress it, but only gave him 2,000 soldiers and horses, and also sent a supervising army to lead more than 1,000 cavalry to secretly monitor Murong Chui. After a series of ingenious arrangements by Murong Chui, he killed the overseers and gained control of the army, and when he reached Xingyang, Murong Chui proclaimed himself the King of Yan. In 386, Murong Chui was proclaimed emperor in Zhongshan, and was known as Later Yan. After a series of conquests, Later Yan became the most powerful country in the Central Plains at that time.
However, Later Yan suffered a crushing defeat at the Battle of Shanhepi in 395 at The Northern Wei Tuoba Jue, and in June 396, Northern Wei captured Later Yan's capital, Chengshan. Since then, Yan has been divided in two and collapsed. The capital was also moved to Longcheng, and after that, Later Yan was in constant internal strife, and finally was completely destroyed in 407. Later Yan was founded by Murong Chui, Murong Hui's fifth son, and lasted a total of 24 years.
3. Southern Yan was founded by Murong De, the patriarch of Later Yan, Murong De was originally the King of Fanyang of Later Yan, and after Northern Wei attacked the later Yan capital of Zhongshan in 397, Emperor Murong Bao fled to Longcheng, and Later Yan was cut off into two parts, North and South, and Murong De led a part of the army and civilians to migrate to Shuitai, called the King of Yan, known as Southern Yan in history. In 409, Liu Yu of the Eastern Jin Dynasty led the Northern Expedition, and in 410, Southern Yan died, which lasted for a total of 12 years.
As Murong Bo said in the book "Eight Parts of the Heavenly Dragon", at the end of the Southern and Northern Dynasties, Murong Longcheng created a martial arts mastery of "fighting and shifting stars", and wanted to take advantage of the chaotic world to restore Great Yan, but the plan could not catch up with the changes, and Murong Longcheng also died of grief.
In order to create the conditions for fu yan, Murong Bo provoked hatred between the Wulin people and the Khitan people in the Central Plains, wanted to take advantage of the chaos, created countless tragedies, and was forced to fake death and hide himself, unable to meet his relatives.
