On June 3, the 4th "5.25EAP Psychological Care Festival" of China General Nuclear Power Group (CGNPC) was closed. Combined with the psychological needs of employees, this year's event specially invited psychological experts to customize the 4th phase of EAP lecture hall special activities. CGNpc member companies have carried out a total of 9 on-site consultations, 8 theme group auxiliaries, and 2 health management coordinator training courses. In the process of online and offline linkage, continuously improve employees' mental health awareness and self-adjustment skills.

Combined with the overseas epidemic situation, this year's event specially designed special activities for overseas employees, customized emotional pressure management and vocational ability improvement courses, and opened self-assessment of mental health status to help overseas employees understand their own mental health status in a timely manner and alleviate psychological distress. The activity met the psychological needs of overseas employees, and more than 400 people participated in the activity.

On May 25, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Operation and Management Co., Ltd. and China General Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. jointly launched a stress reduction theme group to help employees release emotions and relieve stress. Employees from both sides also promoted contact through EAP activities, and everyone felt the power of psychological care in a harmonious atmosphere.

On May 26, Fujian Ningde Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. launched the theme course on the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, "Mother-in-law on the left, daughter-in-law on the right". The course analyzes the root causes of the contradiction between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law in a simple and simple way, teaches employees to deal with the "heart" skills of mother-in-law and daughter-in-law relationship, improves the way of getting along with mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, and helps employees solve the "problem of the century".

On May 31st, Liaoning Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. invited the famous psychologist Han Sanqi to carry out a mindfulness stress reduction workshop. Through classic psychological projection tests, mindfulness exercises and other methods, Mr. Han Sanqi tutored employees to master the skills of regulating self-pressure, and the interaction during the activity process was continuous, and the employees learned effective ways to relieve stress in the activities.

During the event, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Operation Management Co., Ltd. and China General Nuclear Power New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. held a health management coordinator training course, through the EAP special training, clarified the work responsibilities of the coordinator, enhanced the coordinator's awareness of psychological risk management, and helped the coordinator master the methods and skills of identifying and responding to employee psychological risk events.
