5. Disc wheels and loose brake devices
The disc wheel and loose brake device are required to be placed on the right side of the main machine, and the upper end of the font is basically within the same horizontal line or 2CM as the top of the main engine;
The words on the disc wheel and the loose brake device are required to be centered, and need to be sprayed with paint, no handwriting or marker pens are allowed to write, the font color is required to be red, and the font size is bold 32.

Elevator machine room specifications

3. The power line is isolated from the control line, and a pad is added to the corner;
4, the machine room ventilation is good, the ambient temperature of the machine room should be maintained between 5 ~ 40 degrees, the machine room should be equipped with fixed test electrical lighting, the illumination on the floor surface is not less than 200LX;
5. There should be an emergency rescue device and its instruction manual in the computer room;
6. The holes in the elevator shaft and the machine room, the flat layer marking of the lead rope, the marking of the elevator running direction, etc. shall meet the requirements of the specification;
7. The machine room control cabinet is installed correctly, the control cabinet is installed correctly, and the traces in the control cabinet are reasonable and beautiful.
8. There should be necessary fire fighting equipment in the machine room.
General requirements for elevator machine rooms
1, each elevator should be provided with a single cut off the elevator's main power switch, the switch position should be able to be conveniently and quickly approached from the entrance of the machine room, such as several elevators sharing the same machine room, the main power switch of each elevator should be easy to identify. Its capacity should be able to cut off the maximum current under normal use of the elevator, but the switch should not cut off the following power supply circuits:
ａ． Car lighting and ventilation;
ｂ． Lighting between the machine room and pulleys;
ｃ． Power socket in the machine room;
ｄ． Power outlets for the roof and pits of the car;
ｅ． Elevator shaft lighting;
ｆ． Alarm device.
2. Each elevator should be equipped with a power supply system phase-breaking and dissociation protection device, and the device should also play a protective role in the phase of elevator operation interruption.
3, elevator power and control line should be separated and laid, from the machine room power supply from the zero line and grounding line should always be separated, the color of the grounding wire is yellow and green two-color insulated wire, in addition to the safety voltage below 36V electrical equipment metal shell should be provided with easy to identify the grounding end, and should have a good grounding. The grounding wires should be directly connected to the grounding poles respectively, and must not be connected to each other and then grounded.
4. The laying of conduit and trunking should be straight, neat and firm. The total area of wire in the trunking is not more than 60% of the net area of the groove; the total area of the wire in the conduit is not more than 40% of the net area in the tube; the fixed spacing of the hose is not more than 1m, and the fixed spacing of the end is not more than 0.1m.
5. The installation position of the control cabinet and screen should conform to:
ａ． The control cabinet, screen front distance door, window is not less than 600mm;
ｂ． The maintenance side wall of the control cabinet and screen is not less than 600mm;
ｃ． The control cabinet and screen pitch mechanical equipment are not less than 500mm.
6. The gap between each side of the wire rope and the floor slab hole in the machine room should be 20 to 40mm, and a step of more than 50mm should be built around the hole leading to the shaft.
7. If the load-bearing beam of the traction machine needs to be buried in the load-bearing wall, the support length should exceed the center of the wall thickness by 20mm, and it should not be less than 75mm.
8. There should be a sign corresponding to the direction of the car lifting and lowering on the motor or flywheel. The outside of the traction wheel, flywheel, and limiter wheel should be painted yellow. The brake manual loose wrench is painted red and hangs on an accessible wall.
9. The traction machine should have an appropriate amount of lubricating oil. The oil gauge should be complete, the oil level display should be clear, and the active lubrication parts of the speed limiter should also have reliable lubrication.
10, the brake action is flexible, when braking, the brake pads on both sides should be tightly and evenly attached to the working surface of the brake wheel, and the brakes should be synchronized when the brakes are loosened, and the average of the gaps at the four corners is not greater than 0.7mm on both sides.
11. The deviation of the speed limiter rope wheel and the layer separator steel pulley from the plumb line is not more than 0.5mm, and the deviation of the traction wheel and the guide wheel from the plumb line is not more than 2mm under no load or full load conditions.
12. The speed limiter should run smoothly, the action speed adjustment seal should be intact without disassembly marks at the factory, the speed limiter installation position is correct, the base is firm, and there is no fluttering phenomenon when linked with the safety clamp.
13, power failure or electrical system failure should have a car slow movement measures, such as the use of manual emergency operation device, should be able to use the loose wrench to release the brake, and need to use a sustained force to maintain its release state.
Elevator machine room management procedures
1. Purpose
Standardize the management of the elevator machine room to ensure the normal operation of the elevator.
2. Content and process control
1. Non-staff members are not allowed to enter the elevator machine room casually.
2. Keep the elevator machine room clean, and it is strictly forbidden to store flammable items.
3. Elevator maintenance personnel must regularly maintain and clean the elevator machine room, host computer, and control cabinet to prevent dust from causing electrical short circuits and causing fires.

6. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the elevator machine room, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter. Do a good job of preventing drowning and preventing small animals from entering.
7. The fire in the computer room must be declared and carried out in accordance with the relevant procedures and regulations, and there must be safety measures.
8. The elevator machine room should be equipped with a certain number of hand-held dry powder fire extinguishers, and regular inspection to ensure normal use.
9. Elevator inspectors need to often check whether the temperature of the machine room is too high and whether the exhaust fan is operating normally.
10. After the elevator maintenance personnel complete the operation in the machine room, they must close the doors and windows when leaving the machine room, and check whether the tools are left in the machine room.
