In order to further implement the provincial and municipal requirements for the construction of "everyone holds a certificate and a skilled society", promote the work requirements of "improving the quality and efficiency of the service industry", and accelerate the construction of a national-level well-known labor service brand, on November 12, Fushan County held the fourth chef cooking skills competition and senior chef skill appraisal competition. Huang Haihua, secretary of the party group and director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Cui Li, member of the party group and deputy director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and heads of relevant departments of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau were invited to attend the event. Present at the event were Hu Xinqi, secretary of the county party committee; Wang Xing, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate; Wang Dong, deputy secretary of the county party committee and director of the United Front Work Department; Li Xueliang, chairman of the county people's congress standing committee; Liu Yunsheng, chairman of the county CPPCC committee; and other leaders at or above the deputy county level; secretaries of the party committees and township mayors of various townships and towns; and principal responsible persons of all units directly under the county government. Li Qiusheng, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and deputy governor of the government, presided over the launching ceremony.

At the launching ceremony, Wang Xing, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate of the government, delivered a speech. He said that Fushan catering culture has a long history and a long history, known as the "hometown of chefs", and the number of cooks has reached tens of thousands of people, covering 22 provinces and cities across the country. In 2019, the municipal party committee and the municipal government identified "Fushan Chef" as a municipal labor service brand; in 2020, the Shanxi Provincial Culinary Catering Hotel Industry Association awarded Fushan County the honorary title of "Shanxi Knife Noodle Chef". Up to now, it has successfully passed the on-site evaluation of the provincial labor service brand of the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, and the Fushan Chef Labor Service Brand Promotion Company has been established, and the registered "Fushan Bowl of Old Floating Mountain Noodles" franchise stores have developed to more than 60 in Taiyuan, Linfen and other places, and it is expected to reach about 100 before the end of the year. Wang Xing hopes that all the contestants will carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship in this competition, show superb skills, compete in style level, achieve greater breakthroughs, and add excitement to the reputation of Fushan Chef's Hometown!

Subsequently, the representatives of the contestants and the representatives of the judges took the oath; Huang Haihua, secretary of the party group and director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Hu Xinqi, secretary of the county party committee, and Wang Xing, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county governor of the government, jointly promoted the launch axis to open the competition.

In the subsequent special ability competition of knife noodles, the contestants from 40 knife noodle franchise stores in Linfen City competed fiercely from the aspects of noodle speed, number of noodle layers, noodle quality, heat, taste, noodle brine, etc., only to see noodles come out with the knife, such as silver swallow out of the nest, fish through the goose line, everyone on the basis of the traditional knife noodles innovative production of vegetable noodles, small grain noodles and other varieties of noodles to give the knife noodles ever-changing color and taste. After 45 minutes of intense competition, a series of unique knife noodles made wonderful appearances in the skillful skills of the contestants, which not only received unanimous praise from 5 professional judges, but also attracted many spectators to stop and taste.

During the one-and-a-half-day competition, 158 contestants competed in three special skills: Chinese cooking, Chinese pastry and knife noodles. After fierce competition, Chen Ni, Li Jiangjiang, and the Zidongge franchise store of "Fushan Ya a Bowl of Old Floating Mountain Noodles" won the first prize respectively, while Jin Feng, Zhu Honggang, Wang Caiqin, Li Qiang, and "A Bowl of Fushan Old Fushan Noodles" Lao Shijiadian, Yuanyuanwangdian and Chenjiadian won the second prize respectively.

It is understood that since the beginning of this year, the county party committee and the county government have deeply promoted the construction of "everyone holding a certificate and a skilled society", regarded the creation of a chef labor service brand as one of the "three major events" of The economic and social development of Fushan County, and focused on promoting the strength of Fushan County, and strived to transform the traditional advantages of Fushan chefs into brand advantages, economic advantages and development advantages by doing a good job in chef professional training, large-scale development of catering, and chain operation of production and marketing chains. At the same time, Fushan County focuses on exploring the development model of "headquarters economy", using franchise stores as the carrier to promote the circulation of the whole process of production, processing and sales of local characteristic agricultural products, promote the coordinated development of planting, transportation, refrigeration and catering services, etc., form a good situation of "one industry prosperous, hundred industries prosperous", and provide strong technical talent support and power source for all-round promotion of high-quality development of Fushan.
