Yin Maowen, vice governor of Haibei Prefecture, said: "Due to the existence of major safety hazards, the mine was ordered by the Qinghai Coal Regulatory Bureau to stop production and rectify on August 2, and the safety production license was temporarily withheld, and the hidden danger investigation and rectification were being carried out. ”
