Liang Zong'an, male, Han ethnicity, born in August 1962, is a member of the Communist Party of China and the director of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at West China Hospital of Sichuan University.

Liang Zong'an is a noble doctor with superb medical skills, committed to clinical, teaching and research work in the field of respiratory therapy and critical care medicine, and has made positive contributions to the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic.
