Shape Yi Quan is an excellent fist of traditional Chinese martial arts, one of the three famous fists of the Inner Family, with both internal and external cultivation, physical use, strong technical and health effects, broad and profound. The shape of the door is as good as a cloud, and the famous masters are born. Song's Shape-Meaning Fist is one of the unique branches of Shape-Intention Fist, founded by Song Shirong and Song Shide, the proud disciples of Mr. Li Luo (Old) Neng, the ancestor of Shape-Meaning Fist. Song Kunzhong, directly subordinate to Wanping (now Beijing), moved to Taigu, Shanxi when he was a teenager, practiced Shaolin Boxing and the family collection of "Yi Jian Jing" and "Wash the Pulp Sutra" since childhood, a little older, worshiped Mr. Li Luo (old) Neng as a teacher, practiced shape and intention boxing, studied for ten years, studied hard, did his true transmission, and achieved great success in art. The two also fused bagua palms, taijiquan and other boxing techniques, and combined the Four Classics of Neigong (Neigong Jing, Na Gua Jing, Shen Yun Jing, DiLong Jing), Yi Jian Jing, and Wash Marrow Sutra with the Shape and Intention Fist, personally tried it, painstakingly studied it, and created the Song's Shape And Intention Fist with profound internal strength and unique strength. In addition to the five elements of the fist, the twelve-shaped fist and various single exercises and pairing routines common to all branches of the shape and intention fist, there are also unique boxing and weapon techniques such as the Four Classics of Internal Gong, The Root, and the Linjiao Knife, the original techniques such as the Yin and Yang Handle and the Iron Door Bolt, as well as the Liuhe Big Gun, the Yide Big Gun, the Left Door Gun, the Six Guns, the Six Rows of Knives, the Thirteen Knives of The Slash, and the Face Stick, forming a rich, systematic, complete and scientific boxing system. Song Guanghua, born in Taigu in 1932, is the eldest son of Mr. Song Tielin, young Chengting Training, from the bullet leg, long fist enlightenment, and then with the father system to practice the family shape of the yi fist, also learned Bagua palm, tai chi, hard study, comprehensively and systematically inherited the Song family shape yi quan, boxing, weapons, internal gong and boxing theory, become the contemporary Song family leader. At the same time as practicing martial arts, his father instilled in him the traditional virtues of filial piety, benevolence, loyalty, courage and integrity, chivalry, and support for the weak and suppressing the strong. Kind and simple, honest and loyal, kind and kind, Song Guanghua can be called a martial arts master of contemporary virtue and art, and has won the respect and love of the vast number of martial arts colleagues. He has vigorously inherited and promoted the precious family martial arts, and since the 1980s, he has been insisting on passing on martial arts and educating people and participating in social martial arts activities. He has won the first prize in the National Wushu Competition and the Shanxi Provincial Shape-Yi Boxing Competition for many times. In 1986, 1996 and 1998, he participated in the Shanxi, Shandong and Hebei Shenzhou Shape and Meaning Fist Paper Seminars, and won the first prize. In 1996 and 2001, he won the Contribution Award of Shanxi Provincial Shape and Intention Boxing Association, and was rated as an advanced worker by the Taigu County Government and the County Sports Committee several times. In 2012, he was rated as "Wushu Famous Artist" by Shanxi Provincial Sports Federation and Shanxi Provincial Shape-Yi Boxing Association, "Top Ten Famous Martial Arts Teachers of Shanxi Province" by Shanxi Provincial Wushu Association in 2013, and "Famous Artists of Shape-Meaning Boxing" by Shanxi Provincial Shape-Yi Boxing Association in 2019. He is currently an advisor to the Shanxi Wushu Association, an advisor to the Shanxi Provincial Shape-YiQuan Association, an advisor to the Chinese Shape-Yiquan Federation, and has also been hired as a consultant by the Shape-Intention Boxing Association and research associations in many provinces and cities across the country, and his personal entries have been included in the Dictionary of Chinese Martial Artists, the Special Collection of Chinese Encyclopedia Characters, the Monograph of Chinese Encyclopedia Experts, the Famous Fists of Shanxi Martial Arts, the Taigu County Characters and other dictionaries. In 2002 and 2005, he registered and established the Song Shape And Yi Quan Association, the International Song Shape And Yi Quan Association and several foreign branches in Hong Kong, serving as the permanent supervisor of the International Song Shape And Yi Quan Association. In 2003, he opened the "Shape Yi Quan Hope Primary School" in Beiwang, Taigu County, and in 2005, he prepared the Monument to the Grandmasters of the Song Dynasty, devoting a lot of effort to the inheritance and development of shape and meaning boxing. He devoted himself to the excavation, collation and research of Song's Shape and Intention Fist, and the book "Song Shape and Intention Fist" was officially published in 1999, and in 2001, he published "Song Shape and Meaning Fist Continuation" (part 1 and part 2), completing the first monograph of Song Shape and Meaning Fist. In order to make the family martial arts better benefit the world, he changed the conservative concept of the secret and prudent transmission of his predecessors, opened the door widely, and carefully taught disciples, and his disciples were all over the country and overseas countries such as the United States and France. In 2017, Song's Shape And Yi Fist was selected as a national intangible cultural heritage, and Song Guanghua deservedly became a representative inheritor.
As one of the few contemporary generations of "Bang" with the highest score of shape and intention fist, Mr. Song Guanghua, who is over 90 years old, has a childlike appearance, a strong body and a quick mind, which fully reflects the outstanding health effect of shape and meaning fist. For decades, in order to promote the study of form and meaning, he worked tirelessly to spread the art and educate people, peach and plum all over the world, and many disciples have long become well-known martial arts celebrities. In order to repay the kindness of the teacher, for a long time, they will send blessings during the birthday of the teacher. On the occasion of the ninetieth birthday of the teacher, they rushed to Taigu in unison, gathered at the same door, and jointly wished for the birthday of the teacher.
