It was August 20, 2018, when the then 87-year-old Zheng Qiufeng returned to Hainan with his wife, returning to Xinglong after a long absence, and rediscovering the old traces of his life in Xinglong. Wang Yimin, who also participated in the filming of "Overseas Naked Son", recalled that when the film was filmed in the summer, he and more than 40 stone-digging workers wore vests uniformly provided by the film's film crew, waving hammers and beating stones in the hot sun.

At that time, Xinglong was vigorously promoting economic construction, which required a large amount of stone, and the returned overseas Chinese organized economic construction commandos and sweated like rain on various "positions". This scene was truly restored in "Overseas Naked Son", and Huang Sihua, played by Chen Chong, also participated in stone labor.

It is precisely because the film depicts the real life of returned overseas Chinese and reflects the true feelings of returned overseas Chinese to the motherland, and later the famous soprano Ye Peiying was invited to sing "I Love You, China", and he agreed very happily.
