In addition, it will also simultaneously crack down on the "100-day action" of non-compliance with violations, severely punish a number of violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law, thoroughly deal with a number of hidden dangers of major accidents, close down and ban a number of enterprises that violate laws and regulations and do not meet the conditions for safe production, jointly punish a number of seriously untrustworthy enterprises, hold accountable and expose a number of enterprises whose responsibilities are not implemented and whose measures are ineffective, adhere to "zero tolerance" for hidden dangers found, earnestly strengthen safety awareness, ensure that there is a responsibility for defending the land, and ensure the safety of one party.
It is understood that since the beginning of this year, the overall situation of safe production in the city has been stable, but various types of safety production accidents still occur from time to time, exposing some localities, departments and enterprises with unstable safety awareness, safety responsibility is not implemented, risk pre-control system is not perfect, hidden danger investigation and governance is not thorough, and safety supervision and law enforcement are not strict. In order to deeply absorb the lessons of the accident, strengthen the work of safe production, strictly implement various safety prevention responsibilities and measures, effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of various types of safety production accidents, and promote the three-year special rectification action "Ten Major Battles" to go deep and solid, the Municipal Safety Committee decided to concentrate on the autumn and winter safety production inspection action.
